Yes—but with an important qualification. Bigme lists the 13.3-inch B13 Pro as supporting up to 60FPS, a headline increase over the earlier B13’s reported 30Hz ceiling. That is an advertised capability, not an independently measured 60Hz pixel-response result. The B13 Pro uses a 4:3 Kaleido 3 color E Ink panel at 3,200 × 2,400 pixels, making it better suited to reading, documents and a low-glare second-screen role than color-critical or fast-motion work.
What the B13 Pro’s 60FPS specification means
The official vendor specification says, verbatim, “Refresh rate: 60FPS.” Bigme presents this as the panel’s maximum refresh capability and as the principal upgrade over the previous B13, which was reported with a 30Hz ceiling.

FPS and monitor response are related but not identical. A 60FPS output target does not establish pixel response time, end-to-end latency, ghosting behavior or sustained performance in every display mode. No independent B13 Pro measurements of those characteristics, power draw or long-term reliability were available when this article was prepared. Treat 60FPS as a product claim rather than a laboratory-confirmed 60Hz experience.

The B13 Pro is a 13.3-inch, 4:3 color E Ink monitor using E Ink Kaleido 3 technology. Its 3,200 × 2,400 resolution is specified as 300 PPI for black-and-white content. That density is intended to keep text, menus and documents crisp at normal viewing distances.

Color through a filter layer
Color content is specified at 150 PPI and 4,096 colors. Kaleido 3 produces color with a filter layer over the monochrome E Ink surface, so it cannot reproduce the color range or saturation of a conventional LCD or OLED monitor. Photos, charts and highlighted documents can be displayed, but the published color depth is not appropriate evidence for color-critical photography, design or grading work.
In practical terms, the panel’s strengths are paper-like readability, reduced glare and a static workspace. The 60FPS claim may make cursor movement and interface interaction more usable than on a slower E Ink monitor, but the absence of independent response and ghosting tests means fast video, games and rapidly changing animation remain uncertain.

How to use it as a USB-C second monitor
Bigme lists USB-C, HDMI and wireless casting, with compatibility for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. Independent coverage also reports DLNA, AirPlay and Miracast support. The simplest portable setup is a host device that can send video over USB-C.

- Use a cable described as a “USB-C video cable DisplayPort Alt Mode.” A charge-only USB-C cable will not carry a display signal.
- Connect the cable to the host and the B13 Pro’s USB-C port. With a compatible host, one cable can carry both power and video.
- Select the B13 Pro in the operating system’s display settings, then choose mirror or extend mode and set a comfortable scaling level for the 4:3 workspace.
- If the host lacks USB-C video output, connect through the monitor’s HDMI or Mini HDMI input using the appropriate adapter or cable.
Wireless casting is an alternative when cabling is inconvenient. The listed ecosystem covers Windows, Mac, Android and iOS, while DLNA, AirPlay and Miracast support can provide platform-specific casting paths. Wireless behavior depends on the source device and network; the published specifications do not establish a universal latency or image-quality result.

Physical design and portability
The monitor measures 286 × 231.5 × 5.6 mm at its thinnest part and weighs approximately 660 g. Its 13.3-inch 4:3 shape provides a tall document-friendly workspace rather than the wide proportions common to laptop and desktop LCDs. That makes it practical beside a laptop for a page, terminal, dashboard or reference material, while the relatively light body favors moving it between work locations.

Its 3,200 × 2,400 panel, 300 PPI monochrome detail, USB-C/HDMI inputs and wireless casting make it a compelling document-focused second screen. Its 4,096-color, 150 PPI color layer and the lack of independent motion testing make it a specialized alternative—not a replacement for an LCD or OLED monitor when color accuracy or fast motion is the priority.
