In a reported Bigg Boss 20 Weekend Ka Vaar promo, Salman Khan criticised Qazi Touqeer for continuing to argue after Kanika Mann objected to his lollipop remark. Salman said Qazi should have backed out once she took his intentions negatively, adding that he had “kept going nonstop, like a stuck record,” according to IANS. The reports describe a promo, not confirmation that the full episode had aired.
What was Qazi Touqeer’s lollipop comment?
Hindustan Times reports that the exchange happened during a teacher-student roleplay. Kanika asked what subject Qazi would study if she were his professor. He answered “Biology” and then asked, “You’re very beautiful, ma’am. Can we have a lollipop together?”

Kanika called the remark cheap and said it made her uncomfortable. Hindustan Times quoted her saying: “That was cheap, Qazi Touqeer. I don’t expect cheap things from you. Tameez sikhaake jaungi (I will teach you some manners before I leave).”

Why did Kanika object, and how did Qazi explain it?
In an October 1 Times of India report, Kanika said she had already told Qazi she did not like the remark. Qazi told other housemates, according to the report, that he was portraying the childlike Hrithik Roshan character from Koi… Mil Gaya, who likes lollipops and chocolates. Kanika challenged that explanation, saying the sequence of “biology” and “lollipop” affected how she heard the comment.
The coverage therefore presents two different accounts: Kanika described the remark as inappropriate, while Qazi framed it as playful or part of a character portrayal. Those accounts do not settle his intent.
What did Salman Khan say to Qazi?
IANS quoted Salman saying: “Qazi, jab aapka intentions kisi ko galat laga you shouldve just backed out. Lekin aap lage rahe nonstop like a stuck record.” IANS translated this as: “Qazi, when your intentions were perceived as wrong by someone, you should have simply backed out. But you kept going nonstop, like a stuck record.”

Lekin aap lagey rahey non-stop like a stuck record.” Its translation reads: “If someone does not understand your intentions, back out. But you kept going for it like a stuck record.”
In both accounts, Salman’s criticism focused on Qazi continuing to argue after Kanika objected, rather than on establishing what Qazi meant by the remark.

The promo reports disagree on what was said and witnessed; they do not establish a definitive apology timeline. Hindustan Times says Qazi claimed he apologised near the gate, while Salman said he had not heard it. IANS reports that Qazi said he tried to apologise; Salman replied that he had not seen him do so. Qazi then described it as a joking apology, and Salman questioned whether anyone apologises as a joke.
Was the Weekend Ka Vaar episode already available?
The October 3, 2026 reports describe a promo. IANS said its caption listed 9 p.m. on JioHotstar and 10:30 p.m. on Colors. That is a schedule statement reported on that date, not a guarantee that the times remain current or confirmation in these reports that the episode had already aired.
