BIGBLOC traded close to its reported 52-week low in two dated 2026 snapshots, but the available prices do not prove an uninterrupted streak of new lows. Bigbloc Construction Limited (NSE: BIGBLOC; BSE: 540061) had a reported low of ₹38.00 on 30 March 2026. The Annexure put the BSE close at ₹42.08 on 28 August, while Business Standard reported ₹40.87 on 11 September. Its 28 August valuation snapshot also showed negative trailing earnings and return on equity, so the negative P/E should not be read as evidence that the stock was cheap.
What the dated price points show
The figures below are separate dated observations, not a continuous daily price series or a live quote. Business Standard reported the 52-week high and low; The Annexure reported a BSE close and its distance from those landmarks.

| Measure | Reported value | Date and source |
|---|---|---|
| 52-week high | ₹79.97 | 1 January 2026, Business Standard |
| 52-week low | ₹38.00 | 30 March 2026, Business Standard |
| BSE closing price | ₹42.08 | 28 August 2026, The Annexure; reported 10.7% above the low and 47.4% below the high |
| Reported share price | ₹40.87 | 11 September 2026, Business Standard |
The later snapshots are relatively near the ₹38 low, but they do not establish when the price retested that level, whether it set successive new lows, or what caused the share-price movement. Calling the entire period a “52-week low streak” would go beyond the evidence in these dated points.

The Annexure’s valuation snapshot is tied to the BSE close on 28 August 2026. The figures describe different aspects of the company and should not be collapsed into a single valuation verdict.
#1 Best Overall
| Measure | 28 August 2026 snapshot | What it indicates—and what it does not |
|---|---|---|
| Trailing EPS | ₹-0.28 | Negative earnings per share for the reported trailing period; the source cautions that EPS periods can differ between tables. |
| P/E | -150.29x | Negative because earnings are negative. A negative P/E is not a conventional measure of cheapness. |
| Price-to-book | 10.65x | Market price relative to book value; a high multiple alone does not establish fair value. |
| Return on equity | -7.12% | Negative return on equity in the snapshot, rather than a measure of future performance. |
| Book value per share | ₹3.95, derived | The Annexure derives this from price divided by P/B; it is not stated as a directly published BSE figure. |
The EPS period may not match the measurement period used in another table. For comparisons, confirm that each figure uses the same reporting period and accounting basis; otherwise, ratios can appear comparable while measuring different things.
What the FY26 operating results add
Bigbloc Construction describes its business as manufacturing Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (AAC) blocks and panels. Its company release calls it “one of the largest manufacturers of Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (AAC) Blocks and Panels in India”; that is the company’s own description, not an independent ranking. The NSE integrated filing identifies AAC blocks as the company’s single reporting segment.

The company’s consolidated quarterly figures show why revenue alone is not enough to understand performance:

| Quarter | Revenue from operations | EBITDA | PAT | Sales volume | Net debt-to-equity |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Q2 FY26, quarter ended 30 September 2025 | ₹673 million | ₹19 million | -₹32 million | Not stated in the cited Q2 release | 1.4x |
| Q3 FY26, quarter ended 31 December 2025 | ₹728 million | ₹81 million | ₹4 million | 214,643 CBM | Not stated in the cited Q3 release |
These results show different movements in revenue, operating earnings and net profit across the two reported quarters. They provide operating context, but do not demonstrate that those results caused the share-price pattern.

- Use current exchange data for a current price. The latest dated quote in the cited material is Business Standard’s 11 September 2026 entry; it is not a live quote.
- Keep dates and bases aligned. The ratio figures are from The Annexure’s 28 August BSE snapshot, while the chart landmarks and later price are Business Standard reports. Do not combine them as if they were one simultaneous market reading.
- Check the earnings period. Negative earnings make P/E unsuitable for a simple “cheap” label; compare profitability, leverage and price-to-book with matching reporting periods and accounting bases.
- Do not infer a trend from isolated points. Establishing a continuous low streak requires an exchange price series covering the intervening dates.
The figures are historical snapshots, not a prediction or an explanation of why the share price moved. A filing index lists an FY2025–26 annual report dated 31 July 2026 and a filing dated 7 October 2026, but the underlying annual report was not assessed here; no additional financial conclusion should be drawn from that index alone.
