Prerequisites before you try to log in
- Your login method: either a username/email + password, or an SSO identity (Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, etc.).
- MFA availability: your authenticator app, passkey, or phone number/email tied to MFA.
- Access rights: you should have been provisioned to a tenant/workspace (especially if your organization uses multiple environments like staging vs production).
- A modern browser: Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox with JavaScript enabled.
If you’re using a company or school account, expect the login experience to reflect your organization’s security settings (MFA required, SSO enforced, shortened sessions, etc.).
How to access the BGR Dashboard login page
Use the official link provided by your organization, not a random search result. The most reliable sources are your onboarding email, internal help portal, or a bookmarked corporate link.
If you’re not sure which URL is correct, look at the domain you were given (for example, a company-specific subdomain) and confirm you’re not landing on a lookalike site.

Use this flow when you have a username/email and password.
- Open your browser and go to the BGR Dashboard login URL provided by your organization.
- On the login form, enter your email or username.
- Enter your password.
- If you see an option like Remember me, decide based on your device safety. Avoid it on shared computers.
- Click Sign in or Log in.
- If prompted, complete MFA (see the MFA section below).
- Confirm you land in the correct workspace/environment (production vs sandbox/staging).
If login succeeds but you can’t find your data, check whether your role points you to a specific module or tenant—some dashboards show different views depending on authorization.
Sign in with Single Sign-On (SSO) if your company uses it
Use SSO when the login page shows buttons such as Continue with Microsoft, Sign in with Google, or a corporate SSO option.

- Open the BGR Dashboard login page.
- Select the SSO option displayed for your identity provider (for example, a Microsoft or Google button).
- Complete the authentication prompt on the provider page (enter your corporate credentials).
- Complete MFA at the provider if required.
- Return to the BGR Dashboard and allow any required permissions.
- Verify you’re signed into the correct account (avoid logging into a personal account in the same browser session).

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and what to expect
Many BGR Dashboard deployments require MFA on every login or after risky sign-in events (new device, new location, unusual activity).
- Authenticator app: you’ll enter a one-time code or approve a push notification.
- SMS/email codes: you’ll paste the code sent to your registered contact.
- Passkeys: you’ll authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or a device prompt.
Timing matters. If your device clock is wrong, MFA codes can fail. Keep your system time synchronized.
If you forgot your password
Use the password recovery link shown on the BGR Dashboard login page. Avoid creating a new account unless your organization explicitly instructs you to.
- Go to the BGR Dashboard login page.
- Click Forgot password or Reset password.
- Enter the email address (or username) you used to sign up.
- Submit the request.
- Check your inbox for the reset email. Also check Spam, Junk, and Promotions.
- Open the reset email and follow the link to set a new password.
- Return to the login page and sign in with the new password.
If you don’t receive the reset email within 10–15 minutes, confirm you entered the correct address and try again. If you still fail, contact your organization’s support or help desk for account verification.

- Wait out the lockout period (often 5–30 minutes, depending on configuration).
- Use password reset instead of repeatedly guessing.
- Verify you’re using the correct login method (password vs SSO). If your organization uses SSO, password attempts may never succeed.
- Try from a different browser or an incognito/private window to rule out cached credential autofill.
- If you see a support link, submit the request immediately and include the exact error message text.
Persistent lockouts almost always require admin action (unlock or identity mapping fix), not just another password reset.
Common BGR Dashboard login problems and fixes
Browser and cache issues

- If using an authenticator app, confirm the correct account is selected and the code is current.
Session timeout
Some dashboards expire sessions quickly for security. If you return to the dashboard and are asked to log in again, that can be expected.

- Sign in again and complete MFA.
- Keep one tab active if your session requires re-validation.
- If you keep getting logged out every few minutes, capture the error message and contact support.
Security best practices after login
Once you’re in, treat the BGR Dashboard like a sensitive admin tool.
- Don’t share credentials. Use individual accounts for audit trails.
- Use MFA and don’t disable it unless your organization explicitly approves.
- Log out on shared or public computers.
- Watch for phishing: always verify the domain before entering credentials.

Often, no. Many SSO-enforced setups disable password auth for dashboard access. If your login page shows an SSO option and you keep failing password attempts, switch to the SSO flow.

I received a password reset email, but the link doesn’t work. What should I do?
Reset links can expire. Request a new reset email and make sure you open it in the same browser (or at least a browser session where you’re not already logged into a conflicting identity).
Why am I signed into the wrong account after clicking an SSO button?
Browsers can keep you authenticated with multiple Google/Microsoft sessions. Use an Incognito window, sign into the correct provider account first, then return to the BGR Dashboard login page and select the SSO option again.
What if I forgot both my password and I can’t access MFA?
You’ll need account recovery from your organization or support desk. Provide your username/email and be ready to complete identity verification, since MFA resets are typically admin-controlled.
