1. Build and verify your URL list
Use the exact listing-page URLs you need to preserve. If access requires a seller or marketplace login, sign in in the same browser profile you will use for capture. FullPage Capture’s vendor says pages behind a login can be captured when the user can open them in that browser; compatibility with any particular marketplace is not established.

2. Run a small trial batch
Choose a few representative listings before capturing everything. Include pages with different layouts or variants where relevant. Confirm each saved image or PDF shows the product title, price, variant, seller identity, and enough page context to identify what was captured.
3. Check dynamic content and page length
Marketplace pages can include sticky headers, inner scrolling areas, lazy-loaded images, and content that changes after load. Inspect the trial output for missing sections, repeated sticky elements, blank image areas, or content cut off at a scroll boundary. The available documentation does not establish how each tool handles these cases on Indian marketplace pages.
4. Choose an output that suits your recordkeeping
Separate image files are easier to review listing by listing; one combined PDF can be easier to share or archive as a batch. Use filenames or a separate index that ties each capture to its URL. If you need the date or URL to appear inside the evidence, check whether your chosen tool can add it or record it separately. A screenshot records what was visible at capture time; it does not, by itself, prove what the listing showed at an earlier date.

What Indian seller tools do—and do not—capture
Several tools aimed at Indian marketplace sellers address adjacent tasks, but their documented purposes are not bulk full-page screenshot capture:

Competitor research, downloading a product image, creating listings in bulk, cropping shipping labels, and capturing an entire listing page are different jobs. Check the specific feature you need rather than assuming a seller extension handles evidence capture.

- Capture pauses while processing a batch: For FullPage Capture, bring its capture window to the foreground and keep it visible; its vendor says a covered window can pause capture.
- A login page appears instead of the listing: Confirm you are signed in to the correct browser profile and can open the listing manually in that same browser before capturing.
- Part of the page is missing: Inspect the trial capture for inner scrolling regions, lazy-loaded content, or page-specific scroll behavior. Try the tool’s full-page mode where available, and verify the result rather than assuming every page layout is captured identically.
- Some FireShot batch options are unavailable: Check the installed edition and whether the desired function requires an upgrade; the vendor’s materials note edition-dependent availability.
- A PDF is split or does not capture as expected: GoFullPage’s FAQ notes that very large captures can be split and some PDFs or custom-JavaScript scrolling pages may be exceptions. Test the actual page and choose another documented workflow if its output is unsuitable.
- You need consistent records across many URLs: Use a small trial, maintain a URL-to-filename index, and record capture dates separately if they are not included in the output.
Cost and reliability considerations
The available documentation establishes FullPage Capture’s stated maximum of 200 pages per run, but not an independently measured speed or success rate. Its sequential browser workflow and visible-window requirement matter when scheduling a large batch. FireShot’s edition-specific batch availability should be confirmed before building a workflow around it. For either tool, validate output on your own representative pages; no marketplace-specific test results are established here.
