What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
Choose the product type before the visual style. A marketing template sells a product, an admin template runs it, and a page kit gives your team reusable building blocks. The 25 picks below separate those jobs and identify the framework, page coverage, customization approach, responsive or accessibility signals, and known price snapshot for each option.
Prices, sales counts, update dates and framework versions are marketplace snapshots captured in 2026 and can change. Where a catalog does not state a capability or price, it is marked not stated rather than inferred.

Decide what you are building first
Marketing website or landing page
Choose a marketing template when the immediate goal is sign-ups, demos or pre-orders. Look for pricing, feature comparison, integrations, testimonials, FAQ, contact and legal pages. A polished hero section alone is not enough for a SaaS launch.
Admin dashboard or application shell
A dashboard needs navigation, tables, forms, charts, authentication screens and states for loading, empty data and errors. It solves a different problem from a public landing page, so compare dashboard kits with other dashboards rather than with landing-page screenshots.

Page and component kit
A kit is useful when a design or engineering team will assemble several pages. It offers many individual screens and components but may not provide one coherent brand or information architecture.

Direct-vendor picks
1. Artifact — production dashboard for Next.js
Artifact is the strongest choice when the deliverable is an authenticated product rather than a brochure site. It combines Next.js, Tailwind and Shadcn UI, which gives a team a modern React application base and a component system that can be extended in code. At $129, it is the highest-priced Cruip option in this list, but it is aimed at production dashboard work rather than a single landing page.
Use it for analytics, billing, team management or an internal SaaS console. Confirm the exact chart, table, form and authentication screens you need before purchase because the public catalog description does not enumerate every component.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2. Relay — dark, developer-first SaaS marketing
Relay targets technical products that want a dark visual language and a code-oriented tone. It supports Next.js and Astro, so a React application team and an Astro content team can both start from the same design direction. The $79 price positions it above a basic landing page but below the dashboard kit.
Pick Relay when documentation, API tooling or infrastructure is central to the value proposition. Replace decorative motion with clear architecture diagrams and proof points if your audience includes enterprise buyers.
3. Cadence — motion-led product marketing
Cadence is designed around movement and product presentation. Its listed price is $79, while the catalog does not state a framework, page count, dark-mode behavior, RTL support or localization coverage. Treat it as a visual starting point and verify the implementation package before committing.
It suits a product launch where animated transitions explain a workflow. Keep a reduced-motion path, test keyboard focus through every animated section and avoid making the call to action depend on scroll effects.

Flux is described as a modern SaaS template and is listed at $79. Because the public listing does not state its runtime or detailed inventory, it is best for teams willing to inspect the files and adapt the structure rather than teams that require a guaranteed framework match.
Use Flux for a conventional acquisition site with a hero, feature blocks, integrations and pricing. Check whether the supplied navigation, footer, FAQ, legal and error pages cover your launch requirements.
5. Mosaic — broadest multi-stack dashboard option
Mosaic supports HTML, React, Next.js, Vue, Laravel and Figma at $69. That range is valuable when a company has several products or a back end that cannot move to a single JavaScript framework. The Figma source also gives designers a reference for extending the visual system.
Choose Mosaic when framework portability matters more than a narrowly opinionated stack. Plan a deliberate component audit after selecting a variant; HTML, Vue and React implementations can diverge in naming, state handling and form behavior.

6. Stellar — dark landing page across five deliverables
Stellar is a $49 dark landing page available in HTML, Next.js, Vue, Figma and Astro forms. It is a practical pick for a small team that needs to match an existing stack without buying a full dashboard. The listing does not state RTL, i18n or a complete page count.
Its landing-page scope makes it appropriate for a focused launch, not a large documentation or account portal. Add pricing, comparison, FAQ, privacy and terms pages if they are absent from the supplied package.
7. Open PRO — dark SaaS/startup marketing foundation
Open PRO costs $49 and supports HTML, Next.js, Vue and Figma. It is a useful middle ground between a minimal one-page kit and a full application shell. Teams can prototype in Figma, then hand the same direction to a React or Vue developer.
Use it for a startup home page, product overview and conversion flow. Before launch, test color contrast and light-environment readability; a dark theme needs more than simply inverting the background and text colors.
8. Waitlist — pre-launch conversion page
Waitlist is one of Cruip’s niche options. The catalog identifies its purpose but does not state a price, framework, page inventory or support for dark mode, RTL or internationalization. That makes it a candidate for a narrow pre-launch funnel, not a guaranteed full-site solution.
Check that the form handles validation, consent, duplicate addresses, confirmation messaging and export. A waitlist page should also explain what subscribers will receive and when, rather than collecting an address without context.
9. Simple — minimal launch starting point
Simple is listed as a niche option with no public price or implementation details in the catalog snapshot. Its minimal positioning may be useful when the product has one action and a very small amount of copy.
Inspect the navigation and footer before adopting it for a real SaaS. Minimal templates often need substantial additions for pricing, integrations, legal notices, accessibility statements and support contact details.

10. Gray — restrained visual system
Gray is another catalog option whose public snapshot does not state its price, framework or page inventory. Its neutral visual direction can work for B2B software where readability and information density matter more than illustration.
Confirm responsive breakpoints and component states in the source. A restrained palette still needs explicit semantic colors for success, warning, error and focus indicators.
ThemeForest marketplace picks
11. DashCore — Next.js with localization signals
DashCore is a Tailwind Next.js SaaS/startup template listed at $21. The captured marketplace page showed 2.1K sales and an April 2026 update, useful signals that the listing has active traction and a recent maintenance event at that point in time. It also advertises i18n and reusable layout patterns.
Rank #3
Choose DashCore when one codebase must serve multiple locales or several branded routes. Verify translation coverage in validation messages, dates, number formatting and metadata; an i18n switcher alone does not make an application localized.
12. Martex — many premium demos on Tailwind CSS 4
Martex is listed at $14 and uses Tailwind CSS 4, with 27 premium demos and 628 sales on the captured page. The demo count is useful when a team wants to compare several information architectures before settling on one.
Do not import every demo into production. Select one route structure, remove unused assets and confirm that the package’s Tailwind configuration matches your build pipeline so upgrades do not leave duplicate styles or dead components.
13. Techwind — landing and admin coverage
Techwind combines SaaS and software landing pages with an admin template. It uses Tailwind CSS 4 and was listed at $22 with 1.9K sales in the captured marketplace snapshot.
It is a sensible choice when the public site and signed-in product should share tokens and layout conventions. Separate the marketing bundle from the application bundle in deployment so dashboard code, charts and private routes are not shipped to anonymous visitors.

SaasAble advertises seven or more SaaS landing demos, over 200 modular components, dark mode and RTL support, at $25. Those explicit signals make it one of the stronger options for teams serving both left-to-right and right-to-left audiences.
Use the component inventory to build a consistent site, not to maximize page count. Test RTL with long translated labels, pricing tables, icon alignment, breadcrumbs and form error placement; flipping the document direction is not sufficient by itself.
15. Mizzle — React 19 and Tailwind CSS 4
Mizzle uses React 19 and Tailwind CSS 4 and lists more than 50 pre-built pages at $22. It fits teams that want a current React baseline and enough screens to cover marketing, account and support journeys.
Before integrating it into an existing app, compare its React and build-tool assumptions with your repository. Keep only the pages you need, and verify that third-party packages, client components and metadata handling are compatible with your deployment target.
16. Cloudkit — SvelteKit-specific option
Cloudkit is the SvelteKit choice in this set. The catalog does not state its price, page count, responsive behavior, dark mode, RTL, i18n or update history.
It is worth considering only when SvelteKit is already a firm architectural decision. Confirm adapter support, form actions, content loading and authentication examples before treating it as a complete SaaS foundation.
Rank #4
17. Megn — Angular, Vue and Next.js variants
Megn is listed in Angular, Vue and Next.js variants, which can reduce redesign work when different teams use different front-end frameworks. The snapshot does not provide a price or detailed component inventory.
Compare the variants rather than assuming feature parity. Check navigation, pricing, authentication, error pages and responsive behavior in the exact package you plan to ship.
18. Hamster — Symfony and PHP paths
Hamster serves teams that need Symfony or PHP rather than a JavaScript-only stack. The catalog does not state price, page count or support details.
Choose it when server-rendered integration is a requirement. Inspect template inheritance, asset compilation, form handling and deployment instructions before replacing an existing Symfony layout.
19. Habitline — React, HTML and Next.js variants
Habitline offers React, HTML and Next.js variants. The availability of three implementations is its clearest differentiator; the public snapshot does not state price, page inventory or update timing.
It can shorten a prototype cycle for teams still deciding between static HTML and a React runtime. Make that decision before customizing deeply, because moving markup, routing and data loading between variants later can erase the initial time savings.

OLMO appears among the relevant SaaS and startup listings, but the captured information does not state its framework, price, page inventory, support matrix or update signal. Treat it as a visual candidate to inspect, not as a confirmed technical match.
Use the same acceptance test as any low-information listing: run the demo at mobile widths, inspect source organization, locate pricing and legal pages, and confirm the license and update policy.
21. HexTone — software-site candidate
HexTone is another marketplace option without stated framework, price or component details in the available listing snapshot. Its suitability depends on the files and documentation supplied with the purchase.
Prioritize code quality over the preview image. Check whether sections are data-driven, whether repeated cards share components and whether typography and spacing tokens are centralized.

22. Automatex — automation-product candidate
Automatex is positioned among the software and startup templates, but the snapshot gives no verified framework, price, page count or accessibility matrix.
Best Value
It may fit an automation product whose story depends on workflows and integrations. Confirm that the content model can show steps, triggers, outcomes and integration logos without hard-coding every section.
23. Salifact — software landing candidate
Salifact is listed as a relevant software template with no stated technical inventory in the captured material. That lack of detail means the purchase decision should wait until you have inspected the live demo and downloadable structure.
Ask whether the package includes responsive navigation, pricing, FAQ, testimonials, contact, privacy and terms pages. If several are absent, budget time for implementation rather than assuming the screenshot represents the whole site.

Softec appears in the marketplace group of technology and SaaS templates. The available snapshot does not establish its price, framework, update date, page count or dark-mode and RTL behavior.
It is best treated as a design reference until those facts are confirmed. A short technical spike can reveal whether Tailwind classes are maintainable, whether assets are licensed correctly and whether the build runs on your CI system.

25. Flowbite marketing UI pages — assemble a site from 53 screens
The official catalog advertises 53 premium pages coded with Tailwind CSS and Flowbite. The set includes SaaS product landing, pricing, comparison-table, login, registration, FAQ, testimonials, contact, legal and error pages. That breadth makes it a page and component kit rather than one opinionated theme.
Choose it when your team wants to compose an information architecture or maintain several product sites. Establish design tokens, naming conventions and a shared layout before combining pages; otherwise a large catalog can produce inconsistent spacing, typography and calls to action.

What to verify before customizing
- Run the exact demo at three widths. Check navigation collapse, pricing-table overflow, comparison tables, forms and footer links at phone, tablet and desktop widths.
- Inventory required pages. Mark landing, pricing, comparison, integrations, FAQ, testimonials, contact, login, registration, privacy, terms, 404 and dashboard screens as present, absent or requiring custom work.
- Confirm the framework version. Match React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, SvelteKit, Tailwind and PHP or Symfony versions to your build and deployment environment.
- Audit customization points. Find the Tailwind configuration, typography tokens, color variables, component boundaries, dark-mode strategy and asset pipeline before changing markup.
- Test accessibility. Keyboard navigation, visible focus, heading order, labels, contrast, reduced motion and screen-reader announcements need deliberate testing even when a preview looks polished.
- Check localization. For multilingual products, test text expansion, date and number formats, pluralization, translated metadata and RTL layouts rather than relying on a language switcher.
- Separate public and private code. If a package includes a dashboard, keep authenticated components and data-fetching code out of the anonymous marketing bundle.
- Record the snapshot. Save the purchase date, version, license terms and update channel. Marketplace prices, sales totals and framework versions are not permanent specifications.
Common mistakes and fixes
Comparing a dashboard with a landing page
Fix the mismatch by deciding whether the first release needs acquisition pages, an application shell or both. A beautiful hero cannot replace tables and permissions in a product, while a dashboard kit may add unnecessary complexity to a one-page launch.
Choosing by hero screenshot alone
Inspect pricing, FAQ, legal, authentication, error and empty states. Those pages determine how much custom work remains after the initial visual refresh.
Assuming every framework variant is equivalent
Read the exact variant’s documentation and run its build. Frameworks differ in routing, data loading, component syntax and update paths even when the rendered page looks identical.
Keeping every demo and component
Delete unused demos, images and dependencies after choosing an information architecture. Smaller bundles are easier to audit, update and secure.
Ignoring motion, contrast and RTL behavior
Provide reduced-motion behavior, visible focus styles, semantic status colors and a real RTL test. These are implementation requirements, not cosmetic toggles.
Bottom line
For a serious Next.js dashboard, start with Artifact; for a dark developer-facing marketing site, Relay is the most targeted fit. Mosaic is the broadest multi-framework dashboard choice, Stellar and Open PRO are economical landing foundations, and DashCore, Techwind, SaasAble and Mizzle offer strong marketplace-oriented alternatives with explicitly stated signals. Choose Flowbite when you need a large, composable page library rather than a single fixed theme. The right purchase is the one whose runtime and required page inventory match your launch before visual customization begins.
