Crashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?
Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteWindows Errors? Fix Them Before They Spread
Repair common Windows errors and clear accumulated junk for a smoother, more stable PC - no reinstall needed.Free scan · no reinstallFor U.S. buyers who want a manufacturer-refurbished Galaxy with a stated battery policy and warranty, Samsung Certified Re-Newed is the clearest starting point. Samsung currently lists the Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra in its U.S. catalog, but stock and prices change; check the exact listing before buying. The right pick depends on whether you want a more manageable phone, a larger display, or the Ultra’s camera setup and built-in S Pen.
Best refurbished Samsung phones by buyer
These are choices within Samsung’s currently listed U.S. Certified Re-Newed S23 family—not independent test winners or claims that they are the lowest-priced refurbished Galaxies. Samsung’s catalog is dynamic, so confirm the model, storage, price and availability on the Samsung Certified Re-Newed store.

Galaxy S23: the straightforward everyday option
Consider the S23 if you want a flagship Galaxy without choosing the larger Plus or Ultra models. Samsung lists it in the U.S. Certified Re-Newed catalog. Compare its current price and storage with the S23+ before deciding; the available listings do not establish a universal value winner.
Galaxy S23+: for a larger phone
The S23+ is the middle choice in the listed family for buyers who prefer a larger device than the S23 but do not need the Ultra’s built-in S Pen. Check the exact configuration and price in the live catalog rather than relying on an old offer or assuming the models have the same storage.

Galaxy S23 Ultra: for the S Pen and advanced camera setup

What Samsung Certified Re-Newed includes in the United States
Samsung says its U.S. Certified Re-Newed phones are cleaned, tested and restored to like-new condition by Samsung technicians using genuine Samsung parts. The company says each device receives a new Samsung battery and updated software, and must pass 147 quality checkpoints. These are Samsung’s descriptions of its own program, not independent reliability measurements or promises about other refurbished listings.

- Display: 6.2" AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 1300 nits brightness for vivid visuals and smooth scrolling.
- Camera: Rear dual camera system with 64MP main and 12MP ultrawide lenses for stunning photos and videos.
- Memory: 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM for plenty of apps and files.
- Connectivity: 5G capable with support for GSM, CDMA, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Battery: 4000mAh battery provides all-day power for your daily needs.
The U.S. page states a one-year limited warranty, free returns within 28 days, and unlocked phones compatible with a buyer’s carrier choice. Read the exact listing and checkout terms for the device you plan to purchase. A marketplace phone described as “refurbished” does not thereby receive Samsung’s battery replacement, inspection, warranty or return terms.
How to compare refurbished Galaxy listings
Before choosing a model or seller, compare like with like. A lower price is not meaningful if it is for a different storage size, condition, carrier lock or level of buyer protection.

- Exact phone and storage: Confirm the model name, storage capacity and, where listed, the exact SKU.
- Total cost: Compare the same model and storage, including tax and shipping. Check whether a quoted price depends on a trade-in or a required plan.
- Battery policy: Samsung states that U.S. Certified Re-Newed phones get a new Samsung battery. For another seller, look for a clear battery-health threshold or replacement policy; do not assume one exists.
- Refurbishment and condition: Identify who inspected the phone, what parts may have been replaced, and how the seller defines its condition grades.
- Returns and warranty: Check the return period, warranty duration and exclusions, and who is responsible for repairs.
- Network compatibility: Verify unlocked status and compatibility with your carrier. Samsung states that its U.S. Certified Re-Newed phones are unlocked, but confirm the specific product; check third-party stock separately.
- Stock and location: Make sure the exact model and configuration are currently available under terms that apply in your country.
Older refurbished Galaxy models: compare support and protection
Samsung’s U.S. page also lists older S22 and S21 family models. A lower displayed price alone does not establish better value. Weigh the current price and condition against the seller’s battery policy and warranty, local availability, and the software support that remains for the exact model. The cited program information does not verify the remaining update duration for each refurbished SKU, so check Samsung’s current support information for the model before buying.

Samsung’s January 13, 2026 announcement describes Certified Re-Newed Galaxy S25-series availability in Germany and the UK. In France, Samsung uses the name “Refurbished Premium by Samsung.” The announcement says Samsung performs in-house inspection and refurbishment, conducts more than 100 quality tests, uses genuine parts and updates software. It describes a warranty matching that of new Galaxy devices, while noting that warranty terms can vary by country and eligible replacement parts depend on the phone’s condition. Samsung said the program may expand to additional markets based on demand; that is not confirmation of availability in any particular country.
