Qingxiao + Denia + Mornye is the best-supported default team in current Version 3.6 guides. Denia helps set up Qingxiao’s Tune Strain plan, while Mornye provides team support. If you do not have Denia, Qingxiao + Lynae + Mornye is the leading alternative.

Qingxiao + Denia + Mornye
This trio is the clearest consensus recommendation: Prydwen calls Denia and Mornye Qingxiao’s intended best team, while LDShop and WaveKit also recommend the combination. These are guide assessments, not a universal guarantee for every account. Prydwen’s Qingxiao guide was updated on 15 September 2026, with its last major calculations update for Patch 3.6; LDShop’s team guide is dated 24 July 2026, and WaveKit’s guide identifies its data as Version 3.6 live data.

Qingxiao is a 5-star Aero Sword damage dealer whose damage plan centers on Tune Strain and Mindlock. Prydwen notes that teammates who add Tune Strain and help trigger Tune Breaks sooner support her damage plan. Mindlock amplifies much of her attack damage, so the recommended pairing is built around enabling her rather than treating her as a generic Aero carry.

Replace Denia with Lynae
Qingxiao + Lynae + Mornye is the leading alternative named by both Prydwen and WaveKit. It preserves Mornye as the preferred support while changing Qingxiao’s setup partner.

Replace Mornye in the Lynae team
If Mornye is unavailable, Prydwen lists Ciaccona or Shorekeeper as replacements in a Qingxiao + Lynae composition, with limited team damage loss according to that guide. Treat that assessment as guide guidance, not a promise for every roster or investment level.
Use an Aero-oriented fallback
If you are not building around Tune Strain, LDShop describes a more traditional Aero route: Qingxiao + Ciaccona or Aalto + a healer such as Shorekeeper. This is a fallback rather than the consensus top team. LDShop also says Mornye’s relative value is lower when the team bypasses Tune Strain.

How to choose for your roster
- Have Denia and Mornye: start with Qingxiao + Denia + Mornye for the best-supported Tune Strain composition.
- Have Lynae but not Denia: use Qingxiao + Lynae + Mornye if Mornye is available.
- Have Lynae but not Mornye: consider Ciaccona or Shorekeeper in the third slot, following Prydwen’s alternative lineup.
- Prefer an Aero-oriented setup: consider Ciaccona or Aalto alongside a healer such as Shorekeeper, while recognizing that this route does not retain the same Tune Strain focus.
The guides do not establish one team as best for every player: character ownership, investment, sustain needs, and whether you want to keep the Tune Strain plan all matter. Reassess these recommendations after game patches or relevant character changes.

If you enter Qingxiao’s enhanced Heavy Attack state, avoid swapping to another Resonator before using the window: Prydwen says switching ends the enhancement. Plan the rotation so the team’s setup happens before Qingxiao enters that state.

Weapon context
WaveKit lists Glint of Clouds as Qingxiao’s best current weapon, with Emerald of Genesis, Somnoire Anchor, and Lunar Cutter as alternatives. Those rankings are Version 3.6 guide recommendations; WaveKit describes its team order as a work-in-progress benchmark, so do not treat the rankings as permanent.
