Atmosphere can be as important as mechanics. Compare the mood, perspective, animation style and world-building language with what attracted you to Hollow Knight or Silksong. A game can share a genre label yet deliver a bright, comic or minimalist tone instead of a similar emotional experience.

If you want to keep moving through a persistent world and unlock routes in a familiar sequence, require evidence that the current edition delivers that experience before buying. If atmosphere matters more than mechanics
Read official descriptions, screenshots and current reviews for each verified PS5 title.
