The OPPO A5x 5G with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage is another candidate, listed at ₹9,999 by a third-party price page. Those figures are not guaranteed checkout prices, so check the exact variant, stock and final price before buying.

How to choose between them
Start with the exact RAM and storage listed at checkout. A phone family can have one configuration below the budget and another above it. Then compare the features that matter to you: 5G support, screen resolution and refresh rate, processor, battery and charging, camera hardware, and the seller’s warranty terms. The available evidence supports a detailed specification check for the A5x 5G, but does not provide an equivalent K13x feature comparison here.

OPPO A5x 5G: the listed 4GB+64GB option
OPPO’s India specification page lists the A5x 5G with a 6.94-inch-class LCD display (16.94 cm diagonal), HD+ resolution of 1604×720, and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It specifies a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and a 6000mAh typical battery, with 5860mAh rated capacity. Charging is listed as 45W SUPERVOOC.
The same page lists 4GB+64GB, 4GB+128GB and 6GB+128GB configurations. OPPO describes the phone as IP65 water- and dust-resistant and calls the display ultra-bright; treat these as manufacturer specifications and claims, not independent assessments. Its May 2025 launch announcement priced the 4GB+128GB configuration at ₹13,999, so that launch price does not support calling the larger configuration a sub-₹12,000 phone.

Keep four different price signals separate: an announced launch price, an official suggested retail price, a third-party listing price and the amount a retailer will actually charge at checkout. OPPO says its catalog prices are suggested retail prices and may vary by channel. A third-party budget list is useful for finding candidates, but can combine listings from different sellers and may include old or upcoming models.

OPPO’s current official price page lists several newer A-series models above ₹12,000. For a strict under-budget purchase, include a phone only if the exact configuration is in stock and the final checkout total is below your limit. If the price has risen above ₹12,000, it no longer qualifies for that shortlist.
