How to choose between the listed options
Start with the exact variant and checkout price
A phone name alone is not enough to establish that a purchase fits your budget. Smartprix lists the Redmi 14C 5G at ₹11,999 specifically for 6GB/128GB, while the realme 12X entry is 4GB/128GB at the same price. Other configurations can be priced differently, and Digit’s page includes models or variants above the budget. Confirm RAM, storage, seller, stock and final checkout total together.
Prices are time-sensitive and can differ by store and location. MySmartPrice says its displayed prices are the least available across stores, may vary by store and place because of tax-rate differences, and are shown with bill and warranty; its page was updated October 2, 2026. That general listing caveat does not guarantee that a particular phone is in stock or available at that price from a specific seller. MySmartPrice price list

Choose 5G for your network needs, not as a quality score
The shortlist includes both 5G and 4G phones. If 5G service and compatibility matter to you, compare the 5G models; if they do not, a 4G option such as the Infinix Smart 20 4G remains part of the listed under-budget choices. The presence of 5G by itself does not establish that a phone is better in camera, speed, battery life or overall experience.
Compare the screen and charging trade-offs
The realme 12X listing specifies a 6.72-inch Full HD+ 120Hz display and 45W charging, while the Redmi 14C 5G listing specifies a 6.88-inch HD+ 120Hz display and 18W charging. The realme C63 5G is listed with a 6.67-inch HD+ 120Hz display and 10W charging. These figures describe different hardware specifications; they do not establish measured screen quality, charging time or day-to-day performance.
Balance battery capacity, memory and camera hardware
The HMD Vibe 2 5G and Boltt Evo are listed with 6000 mAh batteries, while listed capacities for several other models are 5000–5200 mAh. Capacity alone cannot establish runtime. RAM and storage also vary: the HMD and Infinix entries are 4GB/64GB, compared with 4GB/128GB for the realme 12X and C63 5G and 6GB/128GB for the Redmi 14C 5G and Galaxy M06 5G. Rear-camera specifications range from the Infinix’s listed 8MP camera to multi-camera entries such as the HMD’s 50MP + 8MP setup; hardware counts and megapixels are not controlled photo comparisons.
What these listings can—and cannot—tell you
These are comparison-site listings, not official manufacturer confirmations or hands-on test results. No comparable controlled testing is established for camera quality, gaming, performance, battery endurance or software support, so the available evidence does not support a definitive best-camera, best-gaming or best-battery winner. The listings from Smartprix, Digit, 91mobiles and Beebom Gadgets were updated October 4, 2026; verify model details and availability with the retailer and manufacturer before purchase.
