Best Low-Cost PC Build in India for Streaming Recorded Lessons 24/7 on YouTube

A low-cost starting point for streaming one prerecorded lesson to YouTube is a desktop built around the AMD Ryzen 5 5600G’s integrated graphics, 16 GB of RAM and an SSD. An Indian retailer lists an assembled system with those headline specifications and a 512 GB NVMe SSD for ₹49,969 including GST; that is one retailer example, not a parts-by-parts DIY quote or a promise of 24/7 reliability. For 1080p lessons, the available evidence does not make a discrete graphics card necessary. The bigger challenges are stable upload bandwidth, power continuity and recovering the stream after interruptions.

A practical low-cost build direction

For a single prerecorded lesson stream, start with integrated graphics rather than paying for a separate GPU. A TechCure India listing for a configured system with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600G, 16 GB DDR4 memory and 512 GB NVMe SSD was ₹49,969 including GST when accessed in 2026 (TechCure India). Treat this as a price reference for that configuration, not a guaranteed current price or an itemized build list.

The retailer describes its 5600G configuration for office work, online classes and YouTube. That supports it as a plausible starting point, not as a benchmark or proof that a particular machine can run unattended continuously. YouTube’s encoder guidance specifies stream settings, not a minimum PC specification.

What to specify when buying parts

  • Processor and graphics: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with integrated graphics is a sensible search starting point for one recorded lesson stream. The available evidence does not justify adding a discrete graphics card for this workload.
  • Memory: Start with 16 GB. If you build from separate parts, a matched dual-channel kit is a reasonable choice, but the retailer listing does not say whether its included memory is dual-channel.
  • Storage: The cited system includes a 512 GB NVMe SSD. Choose capacity based on the size of your lesson library and whether you retain archives; no fixed capacity for those needs is established here.
  • Motherboard, power supply, case and cooling: Select compatible AM4 parts, a reputable power supply, adequate airflow and a case you can keep clear of dust. The cited listing does not identify or validate particular component models.
  • Display and controls: Add a monitor, keyboard and mouse if you do not already own them. They are not necessarily part of the tower budget.
  • Power backup: A suitably sized UPS may cover short outages and give the system time for an orderly recovery. Its runtime depends on the complete system and load; it cannot guarantee continuity through a long outage.

What the ₹49,969 example does—and does not—cover

The listing is a single configured-system example, not a complete budget for every installation. Before setting a spending limit, decide whether it includes assembly, a display, UPS, networking equipment and any backup internet connection. Those items may change the total, and the cited price does not establish their cost. Check the retailer’s current listing and component availability before ordering.

There is no sourced head-to-head benchmark or second itemized build here, so a precise cost comparison between integrated and discrete graphics systems would be speculative. For the stated one-stream lesson use, the integrated-graphics route avoids purchasing a separate graphics card unless your other workloads require one.

Set YouTube’s encoder for a 1080p30 lesson stream

YouTube supports encoder-based livestreaming. Its requirements say the channel must be verified and must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the preceding 90 days. Review the current YouTube livestreaming requirements and setup before scheduling a broadcast.

Recommended 1080p30 SDR ingest settings

Setting YouTube guidance
Resolution and frame rate 1080p at 30 frames per second, SDR
Video bitrate, AV1 or H.265 10 Mbps recommended; 4 Mbps minimum
Video bitrate, H.264 14 Mbps recommended; 5 Mbps minimum
Rate control CBR
Keyframe interval 2 seconds recommended; do not exceed 4 seconds
Connection protocol RTMPS recommended

These are YouTube’s current encoder ingest recommendations, not a guarantee that a particular PC or internet connection will sustain them. Choose the codec your encoder supports and validate the stream with your actual lesson files and connection. See YouTube’s live encoder settings for the current table and other output formats.

Check upload capacity before going live

YouTube recommends leaving 20% of upload bandwidth as headroom, and warns that upload speed can be lower than download speed. Run a speed test on the connection the PC will actually use; do not size the plan from the advertised download rate alone. If you use a backup encoder, account for the primary and backup stream bitrates in your capacity planning. YouTube’s livestreaming tips also recommend preparing the encoder ahead of time, previewing the stream and monitoring audio, video and stream health. Ethernet is a sensible reliability choice for an unattended setup, although YouTube’s guidance does not require it.

Prepare the channel, key and lesson loop

  1. Confirm livestream access: Verify the channel and check that it has no live-streaming restriction from the preceding 90 days. Start setup early enough to resolve access issues before a scheduled class.
  2. Configure the encoder: Enter the resolution, frame rate, codec, bitrate, CBR and keyframe interval appropriate to your target. Use RTMPS where available, following YouTube’s current encoder instructions.
  3. Connect the stream key: Enter the key from YouTube Live Control Room in the encoder. Treat it like a credential: restrict access to the PC and account, and reset the key if you believe it has been exposed. YouTube explains stream settings and key management in its Live Control Room settings guidance.
  4. Set up the prerecorded source: Load the lesson file or playlist in the encoder or playback workflow you have chosen, and confirm it repeats in the intended order. Check that audio and video remain in sync at the loop point.
  5. Review YouTube controls: Live Control Room includes auto-start, auto-stop and DVR controls. Verify their current behavior in the interface before depending on them for a long-running schedule; do not assume a setting will restart your encoder after a PC reboot.
  6. Preview before broadcast: Start the encoder, inspect the YouTube preview and stream-health indicators, and listen to the audio. Correct any warnings before relying on the public stream.

Plan for continuous operation and recovery

A 24/7 stream is an operating plan as well as a PC build. Configure the computer not to sleep, make the encoder and lesson playlist recover after a reboot, and arrange a way to check stream health remotely if possible. Keep a local copy of the lesson files and a recovery note with the encoder profile and restart sequence. Protect the stream key as you would any account credential.

Run an extended test with the actual playlist before depending on the system for teaching. Check for playback ending instead of looping, audio drift, overheating or dust buildup, network drops and behavior after a restart. No cited evidence establishes that a specific low-cost build has passed an endurance test or can guarantee uninterrupted delivery. A UPS, second internet path or backup encoder can improve resilience but adds separate cost; YouTube recommends testing backup-encoder failover rather than assuming it will work.

Common problems and what to check

  • YouTube will not accept the stream: Check channel verification and livestream restrictions, then confirm the stream key and encoder destination in Live Control Room.
  • Stream health shows bitrate or connection warnings: Recheck actual upload speed, leave YouTube’s recommended 20% headroom, use a wired connection if practical and lower the bitrate if the link cannot sustain the target reliably.
  • The stream stops when the lesson ends: Confirm the playback or playlist workflow is set to loop and test the transition between files. Auto-start or auto-stop controls are not a substitute for configuring the source to repeat.
  • The stream does not resume after a power interruption: Check the PC’s power-recovery behavior and configure the encoder and playlist to launch again after reboot. Test this by deliberately restarting the system during a trial run.
  • Audio or video quality degrades during a long run: Inspect the YouTube preview and stream-health indicators, check that the source file plays correctly, and verify cooling and network stability rather than assuming the original setup remains healthy.
  • The stream key may be exposed: Reset it in YouTube’s settings and update the encoder with the replacement key.

Copyright and lesson-content checks

Only stream recordings and materials you have permission to broadcast. A lesson recording can contain music, slides, clips or other material with rights separate from the instructor’s own presentation. Check licenses and permissions before putting a playlist on continuous public broadcast. YouTube’s live-streaming controls and technical settings do not grant rights to the content.

Or let it run in the cloud

If you would rather not leave a PC running at home, StreamNeo keeps a YouTube channel live from uploaded recordings: upload the video or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key, then go live. It plays uploaded videos rather than broadcasting a camera. Nothing has to stay on at home; each slot streams the uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot, with no re-encode or quality tiers, and automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream. The first day is free with no card, one free day per account. Monthly costs $9.99 per month. For Indian creators, UPI and cards are accepted; card checkout is available worldwide.
