The US LEGO catalog accessed October 9, 2026 lists six adult display builds, from a $59.99 Eevee to a $649.99 Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise set. Prices and stock can change, and regional assortments differ, so check your local listing before buying.
Are there official LEGO Pokémon sets?
Yes. LEGO’s US catalog lists named Pokémon sets, including Eevee (72151), Munchlax (72150), Arcanine (72160), Rayquaza (72168), Pikachu and Poké Ball (72152), and Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise (72153). LEGO says the sets have been available since February 2026. A named set is the straightforward choice when the character matters: check the product name and set number on the box or retailer listing rather than relying on a product image or a broad Pokémon assortment label.

Which set should you choose?
For a particular Pokémon
Start with the character, then confirm its name and set number on the listing. Eevee is the lowest-priced option in this comparison at $59.99; Munchlax costs $69.99. If you specifically want Arcanine, Rayquaza or Pikachu, choose that named set rather than a mystery assortment. The set number can help distinguish a precise product when search results mix LEGO builds with other Pokémon merchandise.
For a bigger display build
Piece count is a useful rough signal of build scale, not a substitute for dimensions. Pikachu and Poké Ball has 2,050 pieces in the current catalog, while the Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise trio has 6,838. Check the product page’s finished dimensions and your available shelf space before choosing; the listed piece count alone does not tell you how much room the model needs.

- BUILD AN ICONIC POKÉMON MODEL – The LEGO Pokémon Pikachu and Poké Ball (72152) building kit for adults ages 18 and up assembles into a detailed, posable Pikachu model kit with a display-ready Poké Ball replica
- POSABLE PIKACHU FIGURE – The Pikachu figure has posable ears and limbs so it can be posed leaping from the opened Poké Ball in a battle stance, or displayed in a resting pose with the Poké Ball closed
- DETAILS FANS WILL LOVE – The display base features the number "25" formed from LEGO studs as a nod to Pikachu's Pokédex number, with a lightning bolt stand encircled by electric sparks representing its Electric-type
- ROOM DECOR FOR MEN & WOMEN – Pokémon collectors can proudly display this LEGO Pikachu figure on a bookshelf, desk or entertainment center as a striking piece of gaming room decor
- POKÉMON GIFT IDEA – Makes a memorable birthday or special occasion present for men and women who love the Pokémon video games and LEGO building sets for adults
For movement or posing
LEGO’s July 2026 announcement describes Munchlax with poseable arms and head, and Arcanine as fully posable. These details matter if you want to adjust a display model after building it. They do not make the sets equivalent to interactive play products.

LEGO SMART Play is a separate interactive product format, not another name for the adult display builds above. LEGO’s June 2026 announcement says the range is for ages 6 and up. Check the specific SMART Play product’s age marking and features before purchasing; the available information does not establish that every Pokémon set uses SMART Play.

What about the Iconic Trainer Moments Poké Ball?
LEGO’s US catalog lists Iconic Trainer Moments Poké Ball (72154) at $299.99 and displays 2,386 pieces. LEGO’s July 7, 2026 announcement reported an October 1, 2026 launch and the same US price, but gave a conflicting count of 2,368 pieces. Because the official sources disagree, treat 2,386 as the count shown on the current catalog listing and verify the live product page rather than treating either figure as independently settled.

Cardboard model kits
Spin Master’s 4D Build Pokémon kits offer a different kind of build: Pokémon describes them as display models assembled from durable cardboard sheets, punch-out pieces and tabs. They are not LEGO-compatible brick sets. Confirm that the specific character you want appears on the named model and retailer listing; the format alone does not guarantee a particular Pokémon.

Plush or figures
If the recipient would rather have a ready-made character than a building project, Pokémon Center sells merchandise categories including plush and figures. Pokémon’s merchandise guide also covers toys, plush and building sets. These are category-level options, not confirmation that a particular character is in stock: search for the named Pokémon and check delivery availability in the recipient’s region.
Browse the Pokémon Center official store or the Pokémon Parents merchandise guide.
Quick Recap
How to avoid a blind-box surprise
- Choose the exact character first. Search by Pokémon name, not only by “Pokémon toy” or “Pokémon set.”
- Confirm the model is named. Check the title and product description for the included character or characters. A randomized assortment or sealed product with undisclosed contents cannot guarantee a specific Pokémon.
- Match the format to the recipient. LEGO brick builds, cardboard 4D Build models, interactive SMART Play products, plush and figures are different kinds of gifts. Confirm age guidance and build format on the exact listing.
- Check region, seller, price and stock. The cited LEGO prices are a US catalog snapshot accessed October 9, 2026, not a promise of current price or availability elsewhere. Retailers may carry different assortments, so verify the actual item before checkout.
