What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
If Integrately’s one-click approach is not the right fit, shortlist alternatives by checking the exact app events you need, workflow complexity, expected task volume, and where the automation should live. Product Hunt’s alternatives list is a useful discovery page—not an independent feature audit or endorsement. Its starting points range from broad app automation to visual workflows, sales-focused tools, and CRM-native automation.
What Integrately offers—and what its claims mean
Integrately positions itself as a way for nontechnical users to activate ready-made automations between apps. Product Hunt’s listing calls it “1 Click Integrations For Non-Techies” and says users can search ready integrations and activate them in one click. That is listing copy, not a guarantee that every workflow needs no configuration.

Integrately’s home page currently claims “20 Million+ Ready Automations For 1500+ Apps.” Those are vendor-reported figures, not independently audited counts. Product Hunt’s older listing says “500+ apps”; that archived figure should not be treated as the current catalog size. See Integrately’s home page and the Product Hunt listing.
Product Hunt’s page says Integrately launched in 2021 and, when retrieved, showed 479 upvotes, a 5.0 rating based on one review, and 123 followers. These are point-in-time directory figures, not durable measures of product quality.

Which Integrately alternatives are worth shortlisting?
Product Hunt and G2 provide starting points, but neither page establishes feature parity or proves which tool is best for a particular workflow. Use each option as a candidate to test against your own apps and processes.
| Tool | Potential fit | What to validate |
|---|---|---|
| Zapier | Broad app coverage and workflows that need a wide range of integrations. | Confirm the exact trigger and action events you need; integration counts alone do not show whether a specific event is supported. Zapier’s comparison page says it has 9,000+ integrations versus roughly 1,500 for Integrately and argues that its integrations may include more action events. Those are Zapier’s vendor-authored claims, not an independent audit. |
| Make | Workflows that benefit from visual, modular scenarios, as positioned on Product Hunt. | Test whether its workflow model suits your team and whether the required events and error handling are available; a detailed capability comparison is not established by the directory listing. |
| Albato | A budget-oriented no-code option, according to Product Hunt’s alternatives page. | Compare live plan costs at your expected volume and check the exact app actions you need. |
| Clay | Sales workflows, according to Product Hunt’s alternatives page. | Check whether the workflow belongs in a sales-focused tool or needs to connect a broader app stack. |
| HubSpot | Automation that should stay close to a CRM and sales or customer operations, as suggested by Product Hunt’s positioning. | Confirm that the work fits your CRM processes and required integrations. |
| Relay.app | Another option listed by Product Hunt. | The listing alone does not establish its best use case or feature parity; verify its current capabilities directly. |
| Workato, Celigo, or MuleSoft Anypoint Platform | Enterprise integration or broader governance needs; these appear among G2’s alternatives. | Assess implementation and governance requirements rather than treating enterprise platforms as direct substitutes for a simple one-click tool. |
Product Hunt’s alternatives page describes the categories above; G2’s page organizes Integrately comparisons around integration capabilities, automation, user interface, and reviewer evaluations. Ratings and review counts change, so consult the live pages rather than relying on an undated snapshot: Product Hunt alternatives and G2 alternatives.

How to choose: test your real workflow, not the app count
- List the exact events. Write down the trigger and every action in the workflow—for example, what event starts it and what each connected app must do. Verify that each candidate supports those specific events, not merely the app names.
- Match the workflow shape. A simple handoff between two apps may suit a ready-made automation. Branching, multi-step, or error-sensitive work calls for closer evaluation of how a tool lets you build, inspect, and maintain the workflow.
- Test setup and maintenance. Run a representative workflow. Check field mapping, what happens when a step fails, and how a teammate can change the automation later. “One click” is a product promise to evaluate against your own configuration needs.
- Estimate total cost at your volume. Compare your likely monthly runs with each plan’s task or operation accounting and billing term. A sticker price is not a useful comparison unless the included volume and billing basis match.
- Choose where the automation belongs. If the work stays within sales or customer operations, a CRM-centered option may be worth considering. If it crosses a broader app stack, a general automation platform may be a more natural fit.
- Separate enterprise needs from quick-start needs. If you need integration governance or API-management capabilities, evaluate enterprise options such as Workato, Celigo, or MuleSoft separately instead of assuming they replace a lightweight automation tool one-for-one.
Integrately pricing in the retrieved 2026 snapshot
The Integrately pricing search result retrieved for this article displayed the following annual-billing prices and task allowances. Pricing can change, so confirm the current offer and terms on Integrately’s pricing page before deciding.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems| Plan | Displayed monthly price | Task allowance | Billing basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Professional | $39 per month | 10,000 tasks | Billed annually, as shown in the retrieved pricing result |
| Growth | $99 per month | 30,000 tasks | Billed annually, as shown in the retrieved pricing result |
Those figures are a snapshot, not a current-price guarantee. The pricing result also showed comparisons to unnamed “popular alternatives”; those comparisons are not useful for a purchase decision without the specific competitor plan, its current price, and a like-for-like volume basis.

How to read Product Hunt’s Integrately alternatives page
Use the page to discover candidates and understand how Product Hunt categorizes them—not to settle a buying decision. Its alternatives span broad automation, visual workflow building, budget-oriented no-code tools, sales workflows, and CRM-centered automation. The page’s description of Integrately and its alternatives is directory content, while product claims and prices should be checked with the vendors.
Zapier’s own comparison page, published September 16, 2026, says straightforward, low-volume workflows may take less setup with Integrately’s one-click templates, while promoting Zapier’s broader integration catalog and action events. Treat that as Zapier’s comparison framing rather than independent testing: Zapier vs. Integrately.
