There is no verified, fully free cloud option in the cited official offers that can be promised to run a prerecorded YouTube coaching stream continuously, 24/7, from India. Google Cloud has a narrow always-free VM offer limited to US regions; Oracle advertises selected media services in its Free Tier but does not publish enough workload detail on the cited page to confirm a complete free pipeline; and Amazon IVS’s free allowances fall far short of a month-long stream. Treat any zero-cost setup as a monitored trial, not a guaranteed permanent service.
Best options at a glance
For a continuously running channel, first decide whether “free” means a limited cloud credit, a small free VM, or an end-to-end media service that remains free under your specific workload. Those are not interchangeable. The options below are ranked by how much the cited offers establish about a possible free workflow—not by a hands-on reliability test.

- StreamNeo — the clearest practical option if a paid service with a free first day is acceptable: it keeps an uploaded video or playlist streaming to YouTube from the cloud, at any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps for one flat price per slot; the first day is free, with no card required. It is not a permanently free plan.
- Google Cloud e2-micro VM — the most clearly specified ongoing free compute offer, but not an India-region VM: one eligible VM per month is included only in Oregon, Iowa, or South Carolina, with tight limits. Google separately lists VM-to-YouTube data transfer as no-charge, but that does not make all resources or all workloads free.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Media Streams / Media Flow — a candidate to investigate: Oracle India advertises selected media services in a Free Tier with no time limit, but the cited page does not establish the quotas and coverage needed to verify a free 24/7 YouTube pipeline.
- Amazon IVS — not a 24/7 free solution: its listed monthly free input and output allowances are only a small fraction of continuous operation.
- Google Cloud Live Stream API — not free: it has no free usage tier, and a continuously active session may need restarting after 24 hours.
What a 24/7 coaching stream requires
A cloud VM or media service must do more than store a recording. It needs to read the source file, send a continuous live feed to YouTube, maintain the session, and recover if a process or connection stops. Whether it must also encode or transcode the video affects CPU needs and cost. The recording’s size, resolution, bitrate, storage location, audience size, and operating hours all matter to a meaningful estimate; no workload-specific bill can be calculated from the offers alone.

For a prerecorded coaching stream, confirm that the chosen workflow can relay the video in the format you have, or budget for processing if it cannot. A free VM with too little compute capacity may not sustain encoding. A media service can meter processing or delivery separately from storage. A platform’s “Free Tier” label by itself does not establish that every component of a 24/7 pipeline is covered.

Google Cloud: free VM limits and the YouTube-transfer nuance
What the Free Tier includes
Google Cloud’s Free Tier documentation, accessed in 2026, allows one e2-micro VM per month in Oregon, Iowa, or South Carolina, plus 30 GB-months of standard persistent disk and 1 GB of outbound data transfer from North America per month. The offer is not for an India-region VM. New trial customers may also receive a $300 welcome credit valid for 90 days; that is temporary trial credit, not a permanent free allowance. Google Cloud Free Tier details.
Why transfer to YouTube is a separate question
Google’s network pricing identifies data transfer from a Compute Engine VM to YouTube among VM-to-Google service traffic priced at no charge. That destination-specific treatment does not remove the VM’s region, CPU, memory, disk, or other resource limits, and it does not mean every kind of outbound traffic is free. Keep the general 1 GB monthly allowance distinct from the separately listed VM-to-YouTube traffic category. Google Cloud network pricing.

When the managed Live Stream API is considered
The Google Cloud Live Stream API is a separate managed product, not the same as running a media process on a VM. Google states that it has no free usage tier. Its quota documentation says a session may be restarted after 24 hours in a streaming state other than stopped or stopping, so it should not be presented as a free, uninterrupted forever-stream option. Oracle Cloud: investigate the offer before building around it
Oracle’s India Media Streams page advertises OCI Media Streams and Media Flow, and says selected Free Tier services such as Media Streams have no time limit. It also advertises US$300 in credits for other cloud services. The cited page does not give enough quota and workload detail to show that a continuous YouTube workflow—including the required media operations, storage, and transfer—is covered at no cost. Check current regional availability, account eligibility, and the actual service quotas in your account before relying on it. Oracle India Media Streams.

Amazon IVS: the free allowance is too small for continuous streaming
Amazon IVS charges for video input and output delivered to viewers. Its pricing page lists, for new customers during the first 12 months, five hours of basic-channel live input and 100 hours of audio-only or SD output per month, alongside other small feature-specific allowances. Those amounts do not cover 24/7 operation. The page also describes up to US$200 in AWS Free Tier credits for new customers; these are time-limited and apply only to eligible services, not a promise of perpetual free streaming. Amazon IVS pricing.
Meet YouTube’s live-stream requirements
A cloud host does not bypass YouTube account rules or rights obligations. YouTube says the channel must be verified and must not have had live-streaming restrictions in the previous 90 days. Its current Help page lists a maximum of 10 active streams per channel and three per stream key. Live content must follow YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. The cited guidance does not specifically approve every always-on prerecorded coaching setup, so check the rules for your content and account before going live. How to test a free cloud setup without surprise charges
- Define the workload. Record the video’s resolution, frame rate, bitrate, file size, planned hours, and whether you need cloud encoding or only playback/relay. Without these inputs, a provider’s free quota cannot be matched to your stream.
- Check regional eligibility and service availability. Confirm that the exact VM or media product is available to your account in the region you intend to use. For Google’s listed e2-micro offer, the eligible regions are Oregon, Iowa, and South Carolina—not India.
- Map every billable component. Check compute, disk or object storage, media processing, network destination and transfer category, and any delivery charges. Do not infer that free YouTube-bound transfer makes compute or storage free.
- Set a spend guardrail before starting. Configure billing alerts, quotas, or usage controls where available, and understand whether they notify you or actually stop resources. Alerts alone may not prevent charges.
- Run a short pilot and inspect usage. Confirm that the video plays correctly, the stream remains stable, and the provider’s billing and usage pages show which quotas are being consumed. Test recovery after a process or connection interruption instead of assuming it is automatic.
- Recheck before leaving it unattended. Verify that the YouTube stream is active, the source will loop or restart as intended, and the provider’s session-duration rules will not end the feed. A one-time successful test does not establish month-long free operation.
