Foil or rotary?

Remington F5-5800: a flexible corded-and-cordless foil

The neck still feels rough
Recheck the growth direction and use the appropriate technique. Rotary users should make small circles that overlap the whorls; foil users should alter the stroke direction while keeping the foil flat. Stretch loose skin gently and make one deliberate finishing pass rather than many random ones.
