If you want both a 120Hz display and stereo speakers in a budget phone, the Motorola moto g power (2026) is the clearest verified US option in the available specifications. Motorola announced it at a US launch MSRP of $299.99, but that is not a current street price or confirmation of stock. Other models have one or both features documented, yet the available information does not establish a second equally complete, current US budget recommendation.

120Hz is the phone’s maximum refresh rate, not a rate it holds constantly. Motorola says Smart & balanced mode can range from 30Hz to 120Hz; settings, app limits, and content can result in a lower rate. The display can make supported scrolling and compatible games look smoother, but the feature does not mean every app or video runs at 120 frames per second.

How to choose without mistaking launch price for a deal
- Confirm the exact model and market. Similar names do not guarantee identical specifications. Check the US unlocked or carrier variant’s display and speaker details before purchase.
- Check the live price and stock. The moto g power (2026)’s $299.99 figure is a launch MSRP, not a current offer. The other launch MSRPs in the table are not current prices either.
- Check network compatibility. Confirm that the specific unlocked or carrier version supports your carrier before ordering; the specifications cited here do not establish compatibility for every network variant.
- Consider the whole device, not only the headline features. The moto g power (2026) also provides expandable storage, a headphone jack, and an IP68/IP69 rating according to Motorola’s US specifications. These may matter more to some buyers than the extra refresh-rate headroom.
