1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsAn Intel N100 mini PC is a reasonable shortlist starting point for a modest prerecorded coaching stream, not a proven 24/7 winner. Before buying, confirm that the exact model exposes Intel Quick Sync in your operating system and OBS setup, then test your complete stream privately for sustained operation. No available evidence establishes a tested India-market model, current best price, measured power use, or 24/7 reliability.
If your channel will loop existing recordings rather than show an instructor live, compare a local PC with cloud streaming: it can remove the need to leave a computer running at home. For interactive instruction or live camera capture, a mini PC gives you a local production setup; the cloud option described below is for uploaded prerecorded videos.

What to buy: shortlist the Intel N100 class, then verify the exact unit
The Intel N100 category is a sensible place to start looking for a low-power mini PC for a simple prerecorded stream, but the processor name alone does not prove that a particular machine will encode your content reliably. The available India-focused listings do not establish a tested model, current price, whole-system power draw, or continuous-operation record. Treat N100 as a candidate class, not a recommendation for a specific SKU.
Before ordering, check the exact configuration and its return, warranty, and repair terms with the seller or manufacturer. Confirm that the operating system and installed graphics drivers make Intel Quick Sync available to OBS. OBS documents Quick Sync support on Windows and Linux when compatible Intel HD Graphics are present, but the exact mini PC, driver, and software combination still needs verification. OBS generally recommends hardware encoding to reduce CPU workload; it also cautions that encoder generation can affect image quality at a given bitrate. OBS Project: Hardware Encoding.

Compare candidates on the parts that affect your actual stream
- Encoder availability: Verify Quick Sync from the actual OBS installation on the intended operating system; do not infer support solely from “Intel” or “N100.”
- Memory and storage: Size them for your operating system, OBS scenes, overlays, and any recordings you will keep locally. A 16 GB RAM and 500 GB SSD configuration appears in a secondary listing as a candidate example, not as a tested requirement.
- Cooling and placement: Check the case ventilation and leave airflow around the machine. A workload that runs for hours is a better test than a short preview.
- Network connection: Check whether the unit has a wired network port and whether your router and internet service can sustain the stream. The PC is only one part of continuity.
- Warranty and repair: Confirm the applicable India warranty and how service is handled for the exact seller and model; these details are not established by the cited candidate listings.
- Power continuity: If interruptions matter, consider whether a UPS should cover both the mini PC and router. No measured power figure is available here to size one for a specific candidate.
A Beelink Mini S12 N100 with 16 GB RAM and a 500 GB SSD is mentioned by a secondary search result as a plausible candidate, but the cited evidence does not establish India-market availability or price, measured wall power, sustained OBS performance, or uninterrupted operation. Treat it as a search phrase for comparison, not a verified pick: iTechGuides’ candidate discussion. Another India-focused secondary result calls the N100 a starting point but says its listing requires a quote: iTechGuides’ India discussion.
Decide whether your coaching stream needs a local PC
YouTube supports encoder-based live streaming. An encoder can be software or a hardware device; YouTube describes encoder streaming as useful for screen sharing, external audio and video devices, and more advanced productions. Its guidance says first-time live-stream enablement may take up to 24 hours, so enable and verify live access before a scheduled launch. | Approach | Best fit | What you are responsible for | Evidence or limitation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Local mini PC running OBS | Live instruction, camera or screen capture, interaction, or a workflow that needs local control of scenes and media. | PC, OBS, source files, internet connection, router, power, and recovery if any of them fail. | Hardware selection principles are available, but no specific India-market mini PC has been shown to pass a 24/7 test. |
| StreamNeo cloud service | A continuous YouTube stream made from uploaded prerecorded videos, including a loop or playlist. | Upload the media, add your YouTube stream key, and start the stream; the service runs the uploaded videos in the cloud. | It is for prerecorded video, not a live camera or interactive lesson. See StreamNeo for current service details. |
| Other hosted option listed by YouTube | Potentially a prerecorded continuous-video workflow. | Check the provider’s current format support, India availability, terms, and pricing directly. | YouTube lists Gyre as a cloud-based option for 24/7 prerecorded video without a dedicated PC; this does not establish its current India availability or suitability for live instruction. |
For a coaching channel, the key distinction is whether viewers are watching an uploaded lesson on a loop or attending a live class. A loop can be handled by a local encoder or a hosted service. A live instructor, camera feed, or interactive session needs a workflow that can capture and manage those live inputs; a service that plays uploaded videos does not replace that function.

Do not choose resolution, frame rate, or bitrate from a generic “best settings” list before checking the actual connection and stream. Intel’s streaming guide recommends checking available upload speed and matching stream settings to network capacity. It also notes that additional scene material adds strain. Its gaming examples are not minimum hardware requirements for a prerecorded coaching loop, so use its network and scene-complexity guidance rather than applying gaming CPU recommendations to this workload. - Set up YouTube live access in advance. In YouTube Studio, create or schedule the stream and obtain its stream key. YouTube says first-time live-stream enablement may take up to 24 hours. Keep the key private: anyone who can use it may be able to send video to your stream.
- Install OBS and verify the encoder. On the mini PC, install OBS for the intended operating system, update the graphics driver, and check whether the Intel hardware encoder is offered. If it is unavailable or unstable, resolve compatibility before relying on the machine.
- Connect OBS to YouTube. Enter the stream key in OBS’s streaming configuration, or use the platform connection flow available in your installed version. Treat the key as a credential and do not include it in screenshots, public documents, or recordings.
- Build the simplest scene that meets the lesson’s needs. Add the prerecorded lesson and only the overlays, slides, or audio sources you need. For a live instructor, add the camera and microphone and test them separately; a prepared-video loop does not require those devices.
- Choose output settings from measured constraints. Check upload capacity at the location and leave room for normal network variation. Set resolution, frame rate, bitrate, and keyframe interval to values supported by YouTube’s current encoder guidance and the capacity of your connection. The cited material does not establish one correct numeric bitrate or keyframe value for every coaching stream, so verify the current YouTube recommendations for your selected format rather than copying an unqualified number.
- Run a private end-to-end test. Use an unlisted test stream if appropriate, check audio/video sync, text readability, playback continuity, and the stream from a separate viewer device. Leave the complete workload running long enough to expose heat, driver, network, or playback problems before announcing a continuous schedule.
- Prepare the source-media workflow. Confirm the playlist or video returns to the intended start point and that the audio does not become silent or unexpectedly restart. Keep local copies backed up if the stream depends on files stored on the PC.
Check rights and continuity before going public
Use recordings, music, slides, and other material you have permission to stream. A live encoder does not grant rights to third-party content, and a stream that repeats prerecorded material still needs to comply with YouTube’s applicable rules. Check YouTube’s current copyright and monetization policies for the channel and content type; no policy-specific determination for a particular coaching library can be made from the available information. StreamNeo also provides a copyright safety checklist as a preparation aid, not a substitute for rights or platform-policy review.
Continuity depends on more than the mini PC: the encoder, source media, router, ISP connection, and power all matter. If a connection drop would disrupt a class, test the recovery path before relying on it. If the content is a prerecorded loop, a cloud service can remove the home PC and home connection from the streaming chain, though you should still confirm the provider’s current support and terms for your intended workflow.

Make the purchase decision only after the exact machine and stream pass a sustained private run. Check that Quick Sync is actually available, the content plays correctly, audio remains usable, and the network can hold the selected output. No source here establishes a guaranteed run time or electricity cost for a candidate mini PC, so use your own test and current India seller terms rather than relying on assumed figures.
Quick Recap
Common problems and what to check
- OBS does not show Quick Sync: Check the exact processor graphics capability, operating-system support, and installed drivers. Recheck with the current OBS build before concluding the device is compatible.
- The stream drops or buffers: Check the available upload capacity, wired or Wi-Fi connection, router, and whether the selected output exceeds what the connection can sustain. Test during the hours you expect to stream.
- The video runs but audio does not: Confirm that the intended audio source is present in the scene and that playback is audible in a private test. For a live instructor, test microphone input separately from the prerecorded lesson.
- The mini PC becomes unstable during a long run: Check ventilation, drivers, and whether the complete OBS scene is heavier than the initial test. Do not assume a short successful preview proves continuous reliability.
- The YouTube stream cannot start: Verify the stream key and live access in YouTube Studio. If this is the channel’s first live stream, allow for YouTube’s stated enablement window of up to 24 hours.
- A loop stops or restarts incorrectly: Test the source playlist and its end-of-file behavior before going public; keep the media available locally and verify any external storage remains connected.
