PlayStation Studios games on PC
Sony lists Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection among its PlayStation Studios PC games. The collection contains the single-player exploits from Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. Sony describes them as single-player adventures, so treat them as story-rich action alternatives rather than pure first-person shooters.
Sony’s official PC FAQ states that “the PC and console versions of PlayStation Studios’ games are different products.” You cannot currently buy a PC version and play it on PS4 or PS5, or buy a console version and play it on PC. The FAQ also says saves cannot currently transfer between the PC and console versions. If you switch platforms midway through a campaign, plan to start again unless the specific publisher documents a separate cross-save feature.

Gears of War: Reloaded
Microsoft announced Gears of War: Reloaded for PlayStation 5 and Steam in addition to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox PC. The Coalition’s announcement, dated May 5, 2025, gave August 26, 2025 as the launch date and listed a $39.99 suggested retail price at announcement. That figure is historical launch-announcement pricing, not a current price.
The announcement describes the release as the full experience with post-launch content and says the campaign supports two-player co-op. It also says cross-play covers PS5, Xbox and Steam. A Microsoft account enables cross-progression and additional cross-platform functionality. The practical lesson is that choosing a rival platform does not automatically mean losing access to every franchise associated with Xbox; check each title’s current platform plan and feature list.
The Coalition characterized the game as built for shared play, including split-screen and online cooperation. If campaign co-op is important, verify whether the edition you select supports the exact local or online arrangement you want, and whether every player needs a separate account or copy under the current rules.
Cloud streaming: useful supplement, limited replacement
What Sony requires
Sony says PlayStation Plus Premium is required to stream selected PS5 games on a PS5 or PlayStation Portal. Its stated minimum broadband requirement is 5 Mbps upload and 5 Mbps download. Those are published service requirements, not an independent latency or image-quality test.

Upload and download speed alone do not guarantee a good session. Wi-Fi congestion, distance from the router, packet loss and latency can still cause image degradation or control delay. If possible, use a wired network connection or a strong, uncrowded Wi-Fi connection, pause large downloads and test at the time you normally play.

Sony lists availability in Canada, the United States, Japan and numerous European countries, while noting that overseas territories are excluded. The eligible catalog contains only selected titles, not every PS5 game. Sony directs users to its game finder, so check your country and the specific campaign before subscribing.
Cloud eligibility can differ from downloadable or disc ownership. A title may be available for local purchase while absent from the streaming catalog, or it may leave the catalog later. Treat Premium as access to a changing subset rather than permanent ownership of a complete library.
