Neither is documented here as a feature-for-feature replacement for the Manta’s mix of Bluetooth, radio reception, and solar power.

| Seiko Astron SSH153J1 | Travel and GPS-based time adjustment | GPS solar; world time for 38 cities; titanium construction with a ceramic/titanium bezel; dual-curved sapphire crystal | The Manta’s combination of Bluetooth and radio-signal reception, or a dress-watch-focused profile |
| Citizen Eco-Drive One AR5030-59L | A thin, refined titanium dress-watch profile | Eco-Drive; titanium; sapphire crystal; 36.5 mm case width; 3.53 mm case thickness | Manta-like world-time, Bluetooth, or radio-sync functions |

Choose by how you want the watch to keep time
Pick Seiko for GPS travel adjustment
The Astron SSH153J1 is the clearest choice when travel functions matter more than reproducing the Manta’s synchronization setup. Seiko lists GPS solar operation and world time for 38 cities, along with titanium construction and a dual-curved sapphire crystal. That points to a watch built around GPS-based time adjustment and travel use—not the documented Bluetooth-plus-Multi-Band 6 pairing of the OCW-S6000.

Pick Citizen for a very thin dress profile
The Eco-Drive One AR5030-59L is the standout when slimness and a restrained titanium dress-watch look take priority. Citizen lists a 36.5 mm case width and a 3.53 mm case thickness, with Eco-Drive and sapphire crystal. Those dimensions make it a distinct proposition from the Manta’s 8.7 mm-thick case, but the cited Citizen page does not establish equivalent travel, Bluetooth, or radio-sync capabilities.
#1 Best Overall
- Case Size: 40.00 mm, Band Width: 21 mm, Case Thickness: 8.52 mm
- Swiss quartz movement, Titanium case, Index dial type, Date
- Titanium 21 mm strap/bracelet, butterfly clasp with push-buttons closure
- Water-resistant up to a pressure of 10 bar (100 m / 330 ft): suitable for short periods of recreational swimming and showering, but no diving or snorkeling.
Keep the Manta in consideration for its particular combination
If what you want is specifically a titanium-bracelet watch with solar power, phone connectivity, and radio time reception, the OCW-S6000 remains the relevant benchmark in this shortlist. Casio lists Tough Solar, Bluetooth smartphone link, Multi-Band 6, 10 bar water resistance, and a slide-adjust clasp for fine bracelet adjustment without a tool. Its titanium band has titanium carbide treatment, and its sapphire crystal has double-sided non-reflective coating.

Timekeeping and travel
These watches solve different problems. Seiko’s listed GPS solar and 38-city world time suit a buyer prioritizing travel adjustment. Casio documents both Bluetooth smartphone linking and Multi-Band 6 radio reception alongside Tough Solar. Citizen’s cited listing establishes Eco-Drive, but not a comparable travel-time system. Do not assume that one synchronization approach includes the functions of another.
Rank #2
- Case Size: 40.00 mm, Band Width: 21 mm, Case Thickness: 8.52 mm
- Swiss quartz movement, Titanium case, Index dial type, Date
- 23 mm strap/bracelet, butterfly clasp with push-buttons closure
- Water-resistant up to a pressure of 10 bar (100 m / 330 ft): suitable for short periods of recreational swimming and showering, but no diving or snorkeling.
Thickness and proportions
The Citizen is the slimmest documented option at 3.53 mm thick and has a listed 36.5 mm case width. Casio lists the OCW-S6000 at 8.7 mm thick. The cited Seiko page does not establish a directly comparable case thickness or width, so its dimensions should not be inferred from the other two listings.

All three are presented as titanium-related choices, but the construction details differ. Casio specifies a titanium band with titanium carbide treatment and double-sided non-reflective sapphire. Seiko lists titanium with a ceramic/titanium bezel and dual-curved sapphire. Citizen lists a titanium Eco-Drive One with sapphire; its product page does not establish the same bracelet details as Casio. Citizen describes Super Titanium™ as combining “strength and lightness with a beautiful appearance” on its Super Titanium collection page.

Water resistance and other missing comparisons
Casio specifies 10 bar water resistance for the OCW-S6000. The cited Seiko and Citizen pages do not establish comparable water-resistance figures in the specifications summarized here, so this comparison cannot rank them on that measure. Prices, live retailer stock, warranty and distribution status, and regional availability are also not established by these product specifications.

What to check before choosing a reference
- Confirm the exact model: “Oceanus Manta” covers more than one reference; the figures here apply to Casio’s OCW-S6000 product page, not every Manta.
- Decide which timekeeping approach you need: GPS travel adjustment, radio reception plus phone connectivity, or a simpler light-powered dress watch.
- Check the fit information that matters to you: only the Citizen’s 36.5 mm width and 3.53 mm thickness and the Casio’s 8.7 mm thickness are established in these cited specifications.
- Verify local buying details: check current authorized-retailer availability, price, warranty and distribution status, and the exact regional reference before purchase.
