Casio ABL-100: a metal-bracelet take on the retro digital watch
Casio’s ABL-100 is the strongest documented alternative for combining classic digital-watch styling with on-watch step counting. Its square LCD and multi-row metal band give it a dressier, more jewelry-like appearance than the F-B100W’s resin sports-watch design. For the listed ABL-100 variant, Casio estimates approximately two years of battery life from a CR2016 cell. This is a manufacturer estimate, not a measured comparison with the F-B100W. Check the precise model variant, local availability and current price before buying.

Casio F-B100W: keep the sportier resin look
The F-B100W combines Casio’s angular classic digital-watch design with step tracking and smartphone connectivity. What kind of fitness tracking should you expect?
The documented overlap is basic step counting and phone connectivity. The available product information does not establish heart-rate monitoring, GPS, workout coaching or independent step-count accuracy for either watch. There is also no independent comparison showing that one counts steps more accurately than the other.
