The right all-in-one printer depends on what you print and how often: a monochrome laser can suit a home office that mostly handles documents, while refillable ink-tank models can be worth considering for frequent color printing. The available current recommendations support five useful models to compare, not a defensible ranked list of ten. Treat any October sale prices below as dated examples, not guaranteed Amazon prices.
How to choose an all-in-one printer
Start with your workload rather than the printer’s discount. An all-in-one combines printing, scanning, and copying, but those functions do not make every model equally suitable for every home or office.

Match the printer type to what you print
- Mostly text, occasional printing: A monochrome laser is a practical category to consider. Laser printers are typically faster for documents, and inkjets may clog if left unused for long periods.
- Frequent color pages: Compare refillable ink-tank printers with cartridge models. The purchase price alone does not show what regular printing will cost.
- Photos and color graphics: Inkjets generally suit photo and color-graphic output better than laser printers.
These are general category trade-offs, not guarantees about a particular model’s output or speed. RTINGS’ 2026 all-in-one printer guide discusses the broader category.

Check the full cost and the scanning setup
- Compare cartridge or toner yield and cost per page where those figures are available; a lower purchase price does not necessarily mean lower ongoing expense.
- For multi-page scanning, look for an automatic document feeder (ADF). Duplex scanning can automatically capture both sides of a page.
- Consider how regularly you will print, whether you need color, and how much document handling you do before paying extra for a feature or a larger machine.

- Confirm the exact model number. Similar product names can refer to different variants. Match the full model identifier in the listing to the model you intend to buy.
- Check the live price and seller. The cited deal prices were reported on October 6, 2026, and can change. Verify the current listing and seller at checkout rather than relying on an earlier sale report.
- Price the consumables. Check compatible ink bottles, cartridges, or toner for the exact variant, along with stated yield where available. Do not assume supplies for a similarly named model will fit.
- Verify the functions you need. Confirm that the listing supports the scanning and copying workflow you expect; specifically check for an ADF or duplex scanning if those features matter to you.
Tom’s Guide says it printed more than 500 pages for its 2026 printer guide; that describes the publisher’s test work, not a market-wide statistic or a promise about how long a printer will last.
