How much power does the Belling IHK90 use?
Belling’s 2014 IHK80/90 handbook gives a maximum total power rating of 7.4kW at 220–240V, 50Hz. This is a manufacturer rating, not a measurement of typical cooking consumption or an estimate of electricity cost. Because the exact IHK90BLK variant is unconfirmed, check its rating plate and manual. What pans work on the Belling IHK90?
Use induction-compatible cookware with flat, good-quality bases. The handbook says the hob detects whether a suitable pan is present, and a continuing warning symbol after a pan is placed indicates that the pan is unsuitable for induction.
