The manual describes convection cooking without microwave power and recommends preheating when using its preheat mode. It gives a maximum 95-minute setting for several timed modes; that limit should not be assumed to apply to every mode.
Will it fit on your countertop?
Published dimensions conflict. The CHOICE page lists 31 × 51 × 42cm and a 30cm turntable; the BMW034GC manual reproduction lists 314 × 519 × 490mm and a 315mm turntable. The sources do not explain the difference. A different variant or measurement method is possible, but neither is established.

Do not choose a space or replacement appliance based on one figure alone. Check the full model code, consult matching documentation, and measure the actual unit and available countertop depth, width and height. Allow room for ventilation as required by that unit’s manual.
Installation and safety points
The BMW034GC manual reproduction gives these installation instructions: at least 30cm above the appliance, 20cm between it and adjacent walls, and a minimum installation height of 85cm above floor level. It says to position the rear surface against a wall, keep intake and outlet openings clear, and not install the microwave over a range cooktop or another heat-producing appliance. Confirm the exact manual for the appliance and market before installation.

The manual warns that a microwave with a damaged door or door seals must not be operated until an authorised repairer has repaired it. Removing the cover that protects against microwave energy is hazardous unless done by a licensed repairer. Leave repairs involving that cover to qualified service personnel.
Turntable parts, support and warranty
The manual lists a glass tray and turntable ring assembly, and a grill rack for grill use on the glass tray. It says to use both the glass tray and ring assembly during cooking, and to contact an authorised service centre if either cracks or breaks. Exact replacement part numbers and confirmed current fitment are not established. Match any replacement by the full model code and rating-label information through Belling support or an authorised parts seller; do not assume a tray that appears to fit is compatible.

Its warranty information describes one-, two- and three-year coverage categories, but does not establish which term applies to BMW034 or BMW034GC in every market.
