Crashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?

A TechRadar review published on 4 October 2026 found it comfortable and roomy for its size, but its soft-sided build offers less crush protection than a hard-shell case. It suits people who value an organized, easy-to-carry setup more than maximum protection or a large game-card collection.
What fits in the Belkin Switch 2 travel bag?
In a hands-on review, TechRadar’s Lewis Maddison loaded the bag with the Switch 2 dock, controllers, cables and other accessories. He reported that the main compartment had room for that kit and that the long-opening zips moved smoothly. The review describes seven compartments in total, giving small items several places to go rather than leaving everything loose in one space.

The review lists the bag at 12.7 × 5.9 × 3.1 inches (322 × 150 × 80 mm) and 12.7 oz (360 g). Those are figures published by TechRadar, not separately verified manufacturer specifications.

An internal felt-lined pouch helps keep the console’s screen from rubbing against other items. Maddison found it snug enough to hold the Switch 2 with a CRKD Nitro Deck 2 attached, though that fit is the reviewer’s observation rather than a manufacturer guarantee.
#1 Best Overall

- SPACIOUS DESIGN FOR ALL YOUR GAMING ESSENTIALS: Fits your Nintendo Switch 2 with Belkin Charging Grip, up to 2 Pro Controllers, power bank, cables, and more; a versatile carrying solution to organize your Switch 2 accessories in a compact travel pouch.
- PADDED PROTECTION WITH SECURE FIT: Soft inner lining with a Velcro strap keeps your Nintendo Switch 2 securely in place, helping protect your device from bumps, scratches, and movement during travel.
- SMART ORGANIZATION WITH MESH POCKETS: Built-in mesh pockets keep smaller gaming accessories like your Switch 2 charger, earbuds, adapters, and other charging cables neatly organized and easy to find, so your setup stays clean and ready wherever you play.
- CONVENIENT GAME CARD STORAGE: This travel pouch is designed with dedicated slots that hold up to 10 games, giving you quick access to your favorite titles. Keep your Nintendo Switch 2 game library organized and ready for any gaming session.
The removable sleeve holds 10 game cards. That is useful for a small rotation, but it is less than the capacities the review reports for two Turtle Beach alternatives: 14 cards in the PlayTrek 2-in-1 case and 12 in the PlayTrek travel case.
Expandable mesh pocket and smaller storage
The expandable mesh pocket can hold cables, power adapters or Joy-Con 2 controllers. The reviewer cautions that they may not all fit together, and says the pocket can sag when loaded. Pointed paper items may poke through the mesh, so it is not a good place for loose documents or anything that could snag.

An exterior zip pocket provides separate storage, while a top handle offers another way to carry the bag when you do not want to use the strap.
How comfortable is it to carry?
Maddison carried the loaded bag on commutes and praised its comfort. The shoulder strap can be attached at either of two bottom points, so you can set it up to wear over either shoulder. That makes it a more flexible option than a case intended mainly to sit inside a backpack or suitcase.
Rank #3
- Carry all travel bag for Nintendo Switch 2
- Transport and store system, dock, AC adapter cables and additional accessories
- Robust and stylish design
- Compatible with Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch OLED
- Officially Licensed by Nintendo
Its compact footprint and multiple storage areas make the bag appealing if you want to carry a fuller Switch 2 setup without juggling separate accessory cases. The trade-off is that a soft bag is not the same as a rigid travel case: comfort and capacity do not guarantee protection from hard impacts or pressure.
How much protection does the bag provide?
The review reports cushioning along the bottom and sides, with less cushioning on the front and back. The bag is not a hard shell, and Maddison would not stack heavy luggage on it. Choose a rigid case if your console is likely to be squeezed in a packed suitcase, checked bag or crowded backpack.

| Turtle Beach PlayTrek 2-in-1 Case | Described in the review as more hard-shell-like; combines a small case with a larger compartment. | 14 cards. |
| Turtle Beach PlayTrek travel case | Protection and carry details not stated in the cited review. | 12 cards. |
The Belkin is the more direct fit if you want a shoulder bag with space for a broad accessory load. The PlayTrek 2-in-1 is worth considering if its more hard-shell-like construction and higher reported card capacity better match your priorities.
