A Slickdeals listing dated September 20, 2026, reported that Amazon offered the 5-foot Beats USB-C to Lightning woven cable for $7.60. That dated report does not confirm the price is still available on October 7, or that this particular offer was part of Prime Day. Check the live listing and promotion before ordering.
Which Beats cable should I buy?
Start with the connector at each end, not the brand name or color. The reported deal is for a USB-C to Lightning cable: USB-C at one end and Lightning at the other. Beats also sells USB-C to USB-C and USB-A to USB-C cables, which serve different port combinations. Beats’ cable catalog shows multiple cable types; match both ends to the devices you plan to connect.

| Cable type | What to check | What the available product information establishes |
|---|---|---|
| Beats USB-C to Lightning woven cable | USB-C port on one end; Lightning port on the other | Best Buy lists a 5-foot model and says it is compatible with iOS devices that have Lightning ports. |
| Beats USB-C to USB-C woven cable | USB-C ports on both ends | Apple lists a separate 1.5 m / 5 ft Beats cable model. |
| Beats USB-A to USB-C cable | USB-A port on one end; USB-C port on the other | Beats lists this as another cable type; check the product listing for the exact model’s specifications. |
The Best Buy listing identifies the Lightning cable as compatible with iOS devices that have Lightning ports. That makes it a possible match for a Lightning-equipped iPhone or other compatible iOS device, provided the charger or other device at the USB-C end has the corresponding port.
Is the Beats USB-C to Lightning cable the same as the USB-C model?
No. The USB-C to Lightning cable in the reported deal is a different model from Apple’s Beats USB-C to USB-C cable. Apple lists its own cable at 1.5 m / 5 ft and says it supports charging up to 60 watts and USB 2.0 data rates. Those figures apply to Apple’s USB-C to USB-C model—not automatically to the USB-C to Lightning deal item.

Apple describes the USB-C to USB-C model this way: “The Beats 1.5-meter (5-foot¹) USB-C to USB-C charging cable is made with a tangle-free woven design for extra durability and convenience.” See Apple’s product page for that separate cable. Do not use its power or data specifications to judge the Lightning cable unless the Lightning model’s own listing explicitly provides them.
Is $7.60 a current Prime Day price?
The evidence for $7.60 is a dated Slickdeals report, not confirmation of a live offer. Its page, titled “5′ Beats USB-C to Lightning Woven Cable (3 Colors) – 2026-09-20,” says Amazon had the cable at that price on September 20, 2026. It does not establish that the price remains available on October 7, 2026, or independently connect that deal to Prime Day. Check the exact cable, seller, current price and promotion on Amazon before buying.
