Yes, the Beats Solo 4 has appeared on sale in the US, but the discount depends on the retailer and can expire quickly. SoundGuys reported an Amazon price of $99.95 in August 2026, while Target displayed $129.99 (reduced from $199.99) when its listing was accessed on September 28, 2026. Neither figure should be treated as a guaranteed live price today, so check the exact color and seller before ordering.
Beats Solo 4 sale prices at a glance
| Retailer and date | Displayed price | Reference price | What the evidence means |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon, reported by SoundGuys in August 2026 | $99.95 | $149.95 recommended price | SoundGuys described this as 33% off; it was a reported deal price, not a live check for this article. Read the SoundGuys report. |
| Target, page accessed September 28, 2026 | $129.99 | $199.99 | The listing showed the item in stock at access. Price and availability can change. Check Target’s listing. |
Because these snapshots are from different retailers and dates, they do not establish a universal current price or an all-time low. A price near $100 is a notably stronger deal than $129.99; at either price, confirm the listing is for the Solo 4 rather than another Beats model.

What you get with the Beats Solo 4
The Solo 4 is a foldable wireless on-ear headphone. Beats lists a carrying case, USB-C-to-USB-C cable and 3.5 mm analog audio cable in the box; a USB-C power adapter is sold separately. See the official Beats specifications and Apple’s product page for the listed configuration.

- Wireless: Bluetooth 5.3.
- Compatibility: Beats and Apple describe support for iOS and Android, although available features can vary by platform.
- Battery claim: up to 50 hours of listening per charge.
- Fast-charge claim: a 10-minute charge can provide up to five hours of playback.
The 50-hour and five-hour figures are manufacturer claims rather than guarantees. Apple says its battery testing used preproduction Solo 4 units and software paired with pre-release iPhone 15 Pro software in March 2024, and notes that settings, environment and usage affect actual runtime.

Wired listening and lossless audio
Beats says both USB-C audio and the 3.5 mm connection support lossless playback. Lossless here applies to the wired connections, not Bluetooth. The 3.5 mm cable can be used without battery power; Beats describes this as “truly endless playback,” meaning playback can continue while the headphones remain physically connected.
That fallback is useful for flights, gaming devices or a depleted battery, but it adds a cable and does not turn the Solo 4 into an active-noise-cancelling headset.

Noise isolation: what Solo 4 does and does not offer
The Solo 4 uses an on-ear fit and passive isolation. It does not include active noise cancellation; Target’s product Q&A also says there is no noise-cancellation feature. If you need electronic suppression of aircraft engines or office hum, choose a model that explicitly lists ANC rather than assuming it is included because the headphones are wireless.
Call and voice features
Apple’s product page says its voice-isolation algorithm was tested in over 7,000 hours of noisy environments. That is Apple’s description of algorithm development and testing, not an independent measurement of Solo 4 noise cancellation or a guarantee of call quality in every setting.

Is the Solo 4 worth the sale price?
At about $100
At the reported $99.95 Amazon deal, the Solo 4 is easier to recommend if you want a lightweight, foldable on-ear design, long advertised battery life and a wired lossless option. The main compromises remain its lack of ANC and the potentially variable comfort of on-ear pads.
At about $130
At Target’s $129.99 snapshot, the purchase still makes sense if those same priorities fit you, but the value gap narrows. Compare current prices for competing over-ear or ANC headphones before paying substantially more than the reported $100 deal.

Who should skip it
- Buyers who specifically require active noise cancellation.
- Listeners who prefer over-ear cups for stronger isolation or less pressure on the ears.
- Anyone unwilling to verify the exact retailer, color, return policy and current price before checkout.
How to check a Solo 4 deal before buying
- Open the retailer’s listing and confirm the product name says Beats Solo 4.
- Check the selected color, seller, shipping date and return terms; stock and color-specific prices can differ.
- Compare the displayed total with the price snapshots above, remembering that the Amazon figure was reported in August rather than confirmed live.
- Confirm you already have a compatible USB-C power adapter if you do not want to buy one separately.
- Decide whether passive isolation and on-ear fit meet your needs, since ANC is not included.
Bottom line on the Beats Solo 4 sale
The strongest documented deal is the $99.95 Amazon price reported in August 2026, while Target showed $129.99 on September 28. Treat both as time-stamped evidence, not promises of today’s price. Buy when the live listing is close to $100 and you value portability, battery life and wired playback; at higher prices, the Solo 4’s missing ANC and on-ear design deserve closer comparison.
