Bandai’s verified announcement is for GUNDAM ASSEMBLE, a tabletop game with small assemble-and-paint miniatures—not a six-kit Strike Gundam lineup. Here is what the announcement says, and how it differs from other Strike Freedom products.
What is the new Bandai Strike Gundam model kit series?
No official source cited here confirms a new model-kit series featuring six unique Strike Gundam designs. Bandai’s verified announcement is for GUNDAM ASSEMBLE, which Bandai describes as a competitive, squad-based tabletop game. Its mobile suits and other Gundam units are used as playing pieces on a terrain board.

Bandai says players assemble and paint miniatures approximately 5 cm in size. The announcement presents that activity as capturing some of the enjoyment of plastic model kits, but it identifies the product as a tabletop game. It does not name six Strike Gundam designs or establish that they belong to this series.
What is confirmed about GUNDAM ASSEMBLE?
Starter set and launch plans
The named initial product is GUNDAM ASSEMBLE STARTER SET o1. Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America says the global launch begins in October 2026, with five items launching simultaneously. It also describes a plan to roll out more than 30 items across regions within a year. Those figures are the company’s announced plans, not confirmation that every item is already available in every market.

How the miniatures are used
The approximately 5 cm miniatures are assembled and painted, then used in strategic squad-based combat that makes use of terrain on a game board. The announcement does not provide a six-design Strike Gundam roster, a price, or a detailed regional availability schedule.

For Strike Freedom collectibles, the QMSV and G-Frame FA listings are distinct product paths. Neither source verifies six new Strike Gundam model kits, so treat any claim that they form part of that lineup as unconfirmed unless Bandai publishes a direct announcement identifying the designs.
