Child weight limit: check the stroller itself
The listed maximum is not consistent across the available records. CHOICE gives a maximum recommended weight of 18 kg per seat, while an Alpine-area hire listing says 17 kg per seat. Before using a Duoali, check the capacity label on that particular stroller and consult its original manual if available. Do not assume either listing settles the limit for every unit.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
What features are described in the hire listing?
A local hire listing for the Bright area describes individual reclining seats, five-point harnesses, a removable bumper, an aluminium frame, and lockable front and rear wheels. It also says rain covers and insect nets are available for separate hire. These are details from one local service description, not independent verification of the features or confirmation that the stroller or accessories are generally available.

What CHOICE testing does—and does not—show
The accessible Duoali listing does not reveal its expert rating, performance score, ease-of-use score, or detailed results for safety, durability, basket loading, manoeuvring, folding and carrying, or adjustment. CHOICE’s comparison guide says those are among the areas it assesses for double strollers, but the general test criteria are not evidence of how the Duoali performed in any of them.

What to check before buying or using a second-hand Duoali
Because the model is discontinued and the available listings do not establish current stock or the condition of any individual stroller, assess the actual unit rather than relying on the product name alone.
- Confirm the weight limit on the stroller’s own label and, if possible, in the original manual.
- Check that the frame, wheels, brakes, harnesses, seat reclines, and any locking mechanisms work as intended.
- Measure the stroller and compare its 80 cm listed width with your doorways, storage space, and usual routes.
- Assess whether the 16.8 kg listed stroller weight and 3 kg basket capacity suit your day-to-day use.
- Ask the seller for the purchase date, manual, and any warranty paperwork; the one-year warranty shown in the product record does not confirm coverage for a used stroller.
- Look for a current safety notice or recall before use; the cited product listing does not establish whether one exists.
How to compare it with another double stroller
For a useful comparison, look beyond whether both models are side-by-side. Compare newborn suitability, per-seat weight limits, width and folded dimensions, total weight, basket capacity, recline and harness arrangements, and warranty terms. If independent test results matter to your decision, compare model-specific safety, durability, manoeuvring, adjustment, and folding results—not just the categories a testing organisation says it assesses.
