Was ist Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora?
Das von Massive Entertainment, einem Ubisoft-Studio, entwickelte Action-Adventure spielt in der Western Frontier von Pandora. Die Spielfigur ist ein Na’vi, der als Kind von der RDA entführt und für deren Zwecke aufgezogen wurde. Nach langer Abwesenheit muss die Figur ihre Herkunft und Kultur neu entdecken und sich mit Na’vi-Clans gegen die RDA verbünden.

Kann man in Third-Person spielen?
Ja. Das kostenlose Update vom 5. Dezember 2025 fügte einen Third-Person-Modus hinzu. Die Perspektive lässt sich laut Ubisofts Update-Ankündigung während des Spiels wechseln. Beim Start ist First-Person standardmäßig eingestellt. Für die zusätzliche Ansicht wurden Kamera, Steuerung und Animationen überarbeitet.

Welche Plattformen und Erweiterungen gibt es?
Das Hauptspiel ist für PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S und PC erhältlich. Für PC werden digitale Fassungen unter anderem im Ubisoft Store und auf Steam geführt. Die genaue Plattform- und Editionsauswahl ist beim jeweiligen Store zu prüfen.
Zusätzliche Inhalte sind nicht automatisch in jeder Ausgabe enthalten. Ubisoft führt zwei Story Packs sowie die spätere Erweiterung From the Ashes auf. Prüfe vor dem Kauf, welche Bestandteile das konkrete Angebot umfasst; Preise, regionale Verfügbarkeit und Bundle-Inhalte können sich ändern.

Was bietet New Game+?
New Game+ wird nach Abschluss der Hauptgeschichte freigeschaltet. Der Modus lässt Spieler mit Inventar und Fähigkeiten erneut beginnen, setzt ihnen stärkere Gegner entgegen und ergänzt einen neuen Fertigkeitenbaum sowie stärkere Ausrüstung. Ubisoft beschränkt New Game+ auf das Hauptspiel: The Sky Breaker und Secrets of the Spires sind in diesem Modus nicht spielbar. Die Einzelheiten stehen in Ubisofts Update-Informationen.

- Enthaltene Inhalte: Vergleiche das Hauptspiel mit dem konkreten Angebot und prüfe, ob Story Packs oder From the Ashes enthalten sind.
- Gewünschte Perspektive: First-Person ist die Standardeinstellung; Third-Person kann im Spiel aktiviert werden.
- PC-Anforderungen: Prüfe die Systemanforderungen direkt auf der jeweiligen PC-Produktseite, etwa im Ubisoft Store.
