Hindustan Times reported the following figures for the Sector 152 project and Kinghood Drive. The underlying revised map was not independently inspected, so the reported percentages do not by themselves resolve the association’s claim about the nine locations.

Hindustan Times also reported that buyers had booked shops in 2016. The figures provide context for the dispute, but a percentage allocation alone cannot show whether a specific map complies with the lease or whether previously approved commercial construction counts against the allocation in the way the association argues. Has Noida Authority approved the revised ATS layout?
The available reporting describes a public-feedback stage, not a final ATS-specific approval. The Times of India reported on September 30, 2026, that Noida Authority had uploaded revised Sports City layouts submitted by Logix Infra Developers for Sector 150, 3C Green Construction for sectors 78–79, and ATS Homes for Sector 152. The Authority invited objections and suggestions within 15 days, according to the report, which quoted Authority OSD Kranti Shekhar. The reporting reviewed here does not confirm the consultation’s final outcome or whether ATS’s layout was approved, changed, or returned for revision. (Times of India)

What would establish whether the commercial allocation is exhausted?
The central question is not settled by the reported 4% figure alone. Determining whether the nine mapped locations exceed what is permitted would require comparing the actual revised layout with the original Sports City scheme, the December 2015 lease, prior approvals and the commercial area already counted for Kinghood Drive. The association’s filed objection and Noida Authority’s written response would also show how the parties frame and assess the issue. Those documents and a final Authority determination were not available in the sources reviewed.
The CAG’s 2021 audit chapter on Sports City provides historical context about the schemes, the Sector 152 SC-01 layout, subdivision and integrated-development concerns, and the Authority’s responses. It predates the 2026 revised ATS map and does not decide whether this layout violates the lease or whether the association’s objection is valid.
