ASUS India’s catalog showed Vivobook 15 starting prices from ₹42,990 to ₹63,990 when checked on October 7, 2026; the M1502 was listed at ₹57,990. These are official-site price snapshots, not guaranteed selling prices, and ASUS cautions that a displayed starting price may not match the specifications shown.

The X1504’s ₹42,990 catalog result and separate ₹49,990 filtered result are distinct page snapshots, not evidence of a discount or a price for the maximum configuration. ASUS’s catalog warns that the displayed starting price may not correspond to the specifications shown. The M1502 page likewise says specifications vary by model and may not all be available through the eStore. Check the exact SKU and live price before comparing.

What the Vivobook 15 model codes mean
“Vivobook 15” names a product family, not one fixed configuration. The surfaced ASUS India pages identify three families: X1504, X1502, and M1502. The letters and numbers distinguish families, but they do not by themselves establish the processor, memory, storage, or price of the laptop in a particular listing.

Use the full model code shown on the seller’s page or product label. For example, ASUS’s X1502 purchase page names X1502VA-BQ836WS. A family-level name such as X1502 is not enough to confirm that a retailer is selling that exact SKU.
How to compare two Vivobook 15 listings
Compare listings by their exact configurations, rather than by family name or starting price. Before deciding, check:

- Storage: Check the SSD capacity on the exact listing. The surfaced maximums differ: up to 1 TB for the filtered X1504 result and up to 512 GB for X1502.
- Display: Verify the screen details for the exact SKU. The cited family information includes a 15.6-inch FHD, 60 Hz IPS highlight for X1504 and a 15.6-inch FHD, 60 Hz anti-glare display for M1502.
- Seller and availability: Check who is selling the laptop, current stock, warranty terms, and the final checkout price. ASUS’s X1502 page presents its own stock status separately from third-party stock information, and availability can differ by seller.
The ASUS pages do not establish a like-for-like value winner among these families. A fair comparison requires the exact SKU, its live price, and matching configuration and seller terms.
