The ASUS TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon is a dual-chamber mid-tower with tempered-glass front and side panels, published support for ATX-size motherboards, graphics cards up to 400 mm long, and a top radiator up to 360 mm. Its headline appeal is a front-corner view ASUS describes as unobstructed by a pillar; whether it suits your build depends on component clearances, cooling layout and the accessories you plan to use.
What the GT502 Horizon is designed to offer
ASUS describes the GT502 Horizon as having a seamless view without a front pillar, with tempered-glass panels at the front and left side. That is the manufacturer’s description of the design, not an independent assessment of visibility or build quality. The dual-chamber layout separates the main component area from the rear chamber; ASUS says this enables independent cooling zones around the CPU and graphics-card area. It advertises support for up to 13 fans, but that is a maximum mounting/configuration claim, not a recommendation or a guarantee of better cooling.

For builders, the practical trade-off is a glass-forward presentation and a separated layout rather than a performance promise. No independent thermal, noise or comparative testing is established here, so the listed features do not show that the case runs cooler or quieter than another model.
Will your motherboard, GPU, cooler and PSU fit?
ASUS lists the following case limits. Use them as maximum compatibility figures, then check the exact dimensions of your components, including plugs, fittings and cable bends against the layout you intend to build.
#1 Best Overall
- Boundless Panoramic Design: Tempered and tinted glass panels at the front and side offer a fully unobstructed view of the main chamber
- Dual-Chamber Chassis: GT502 Horizon internals are divided into two chambers, establishing independent cooling zones for the CPU and graphics cards
- Front Panel High-Speed USB Type-C: The GT502 Horizon front panel features a USB 10 Gbps Type-C port for high-speed data transfer
- Tool-Free Side Panels: The side panels can be easily removed by simply pressing a button hidden on the rear of the chassis
- Fully Modular Design: Most of the panels and mounting components are detachable to streamline hardware installation
| Component or dimension | ASUS-listed support |
|---|---|
| Motherboard | Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX and ATX |
| Graphics-card length | Up to 400 mm |
| CPU cooler height | Up to 163 mm |
| Power-supply length | Up to 200 mm |
| Case dimensions and weight | 285 × 450 × 446 mm; 11 kg (ASUS Philippines listing; regional details may vary) |
These are manufacturer-published specifications, not independent measurements. A card at the stated maximum may still be awkward if its power connector and cable need extra room. Likewise, confirm cooler height and PSU length for the exact model rather than relying on a product-family name.
Radiator, fan and storage options
ASUS’s specification lists a top radiator position supporting sizes up to 360 mm and a rear position for a 120 mm radiator. Listed fan mounting is up to three 120 mm or two 140 mm fans at the top, three 120 mm fans at the side, and one 120 mm fan at the rear.

- Dual-Chamber Chassis: GT502 Horizon ARGB internals are divided into two chambers, establishing independent cooling zones for the CPU and graphics card
- Boundless Panoramic Design: Tempered and tinted glass panels at the front and side offer a fully unobstructed view of the main chamber
- Front Panel High-Speed USB Type-C: The GT502 Horizon ARGB front panel features a USB 20Gbps Type-C port for high-speed storage
- Pre-installed ARGB Fans: Four ARGB fans with vibrant lighting effects help ensure balanced cooling performance
- Fully Modular Design: Most of the panels and mounting components are detachable to streamline hardware installation
The case has four 2.5-inch/3.5-inch combo bays. A 360 mm hybrid function bracket in the rear chamber can hold a radiator or up to three storage devices. How many bays or bracket positions make sense depends on whether you prioritize drive capacity or cooling hardware; verify the mounting arrangement against your selected parts before buying.
Included parts, optional accessories and vertical GPU mounting
ASUS says the case includes a vertical graphics-card mount and a support bracket for horizontal installation. The PCIe extension cable needed for vertical mounting is not included, so budget for a compatible cable if that orientation is part of your plan. The TUF Gaming ARGB Lighting Kit for GT502 Horizon Series is sold separately; ASUS identifies a 3-pin ARGB connection for the kit.

Do not assume an accessory advertised for a similarly named GT502 fits the Horizon variant. Confirm the exact model and regional SKU before ordering any add-on.

ASUS lists one front USB-C port with a stated transfer rate up to 20 Gbps, two USB-A ports, and a headset/microphone connection. The transfer-rate figure is ASUS’s specification, not an independent test result; realized speeds also depend on the connected device and system.

- Illuminate your GT502 Horizon with vibrant surrounding lighting
- Easy installation with magnetic design
- High durability that can last up to 20,000 hours
- Aura Sync compatibility that lets you coordinate colors and lighting effects with a huge range of hardware
- Available in black or white, perfectly designed to match black or white PC builds
Two detachable woven straps are provided for moving the chassis. ASUS says they support up to 30 kg (66 lb), and its product page also describes the top as rated for up to 30 kg. Treat both as manufacturer-stated limits rather than independently verified load tests, and lift carefully with the case securely assembled.

Who should consider the GT502 Horizon?
- It may fit your priorities if you want tempered-glass front and side panels, a dual-chamber layout, and the published clearances accommodate your motherboard, GPU, cooler and PSU.
- Check the planned layout closely if you need a large radiator, several storage devices, or vertical GPU mounting; the relevant positions and the unbundled PCIe extension cable affect what you will need.
- Look for independent evidence if your decision depends on comparative temperatures, noise, build experience or value. The manufacturer specifications establish dimensions and advertised features, not those outcomes.
Dimensions, included items and availability can differ by region or SKU. Check the intended local listing and verify that it is the GT502 Horizon, not a GT502 or GT502 Horizon ARGB variant. No current price or stock status is established here.
