What does the ASUS Jelly75 KD201 offer?
ASUS lists the KD201 as a 75% mechanical keyboard with linear switches, 4.0 mm key travel, a gasket-mount structure and white backlighting. The 75% layout takes less desk space than a full-size keyboard, but the specification alone does not establish which keys or functions are omitted compared with a larger layout. Check the layout and key legends against your workflow if you rely on a number pad or dedicated keys.
ASUS offers the keyboard in Volt Green and Orange Meadow. That styling gives it a more conspicuous appearance than a conventional neutral keyboard, while its lighting remains single-color white—not RGB. ASUS Global specifications note that specifications and availability can vary or change.

How do its connection modes and polling rates compare?
The KD201 supports USB, RF 2.4 GHz wireless through a dongle, and Bluetooth. ASUS says it can connect to up to five devices. The published polling rate depends on the connection mode, so the fastest listed rate is available only over USB.

What should you know about the switches and lighting?
ASUS describes the KD201’s linear switches as hot-swappable and claims a 50-million-click lifespan. The lifespan figure is a manufacturer claim, not a field reliability result. Hot-swapping means a switch can be replaced without soldering when the replacement is compatible; ASUS’s cited product information does not identify a specific compatible switch type. Confirm socket compatibility in the manual or with ASUS before purchasing replacements.
The backlight is white. If you want configurable RGB effects or per-key colors, the published specification does not support that expectation. ASUS’s overview republishes a review excerpt dated January 1, 2026, saying the backlight is “only white, clean and simple”; that is an attributed excerpt, not an independent finding for this assessment. How long does the battery last?
ASUS lists a 4,000 mAh lithium-ion battery and “up to 8500 hours” with the backlight off. Treat that as a best-case manufacturer specification, not a tested runtime or a prediction of typical use. The ASUS India product listing cautions that battery life varies with user habits and real-world use. Is the Jelly75 portable, and what comes in the box?
ASUS Global lists dimensions of 326.2 × 142.1 × 39.5 mm and a weight of 1,193 g. Its footprint is compact for a 75% keyboard, but the listed weight makes it a substantial choice for frequent travel. ASUS lists the package contents as the keyboard, dongle, quick-start guide, warranty booklet and charging cable.

Which devices and operating systems are supported?
ASUS lists support for macOS, Windows 10 and Windows 11. The published specification does not establish support for every device or operating-system version beyond those named, so check compatibility if you intend to use a different platform.

- Consider it if you want a 75% layout, three connection modes, ASUS-stated switching among up to five devices, hot-swappable switches and a choice of Volt Green or Orange Meadow.
- Look elsewhere if RGB lighting, a full-size layout, a lightweight travel keyboard or independently verified battery and performance results are priorities.
- Check before buying if you plan to replace the switches, use a platform outside ASUS’s listed support, or need particular keys that may not appear on a 75% layout.
There is not enough verified comparison data here to name a head-to-head winner. Compare the KD201 with alternatives on connection-specific polling rates, device switching, layout, switch compatibility, lighting, independently tested battery life, weight, local price and warranty.
