Pyrolytic cleaning: what to prepare
Pyrolysis uses high temperatures to reduce grease and residue to ash. The manual requires preparation before the cycle and warns that some items must be removed. In particular, it says not to clean the glass baking tray by pyrolysis and calls for removal of certain guides. Accessories and oven configurations can differ, so use the instructions supplied for the actual unit rather than assuming every component is pyrolysis-safe.
Is the OP8611S discontinued, and what did it cost?
CHOICE lists the OP8611S as discontinued. Its page displays A$1,999, but the retrieved result does not show a publication date for that price; treat it only as historical review information, not a current offer or an estimate of used-market value. Current stock and pricing were not established.
