ASBIS is an EMEA-focused technology distributor whose recent company-reported results show strong growth alongside rising demand for AI servers and data-center components. But the available company releases do not verify the title’s 476% stock-return figure or establish that AI demand caused a rally or will sustain it.

For AI and data centers, the company describes supplying building blocks such as server CPUs and GPUs, AI accelerators, server DRAM, SSD and HDD storage, and networking equipment. That positions ASBIS as a channel and solutions provider; it does not mean the company designs or owns data centers.
What the reported results say about growth
ASBIS’s company-reported H1 2026 revenue was USD 2,965.2 million, up 76% year on year, while net profit rose 315% to USD 80.6 million. In Q2 2026, the company reported revenue of USD 1,696.7 million and net profit of USD 44.3 million. ASBIS’s H1 2026 results release provides the figures.

For context, ASBIS reported FY 2025 revenue of USD 3.9 billion, a 28% increase, and linked performance to demand for AI servers and data centers as well as components including memory and storage. The company’s FY 2025 results release is evidence of prior growth, not proof that the same pace will continue.
ASBIS also announced preliminary August 2026 revenue of USD 604 million, up 91% year on year. That is a preliminary monthly sales estimate, not a full audited reporting period; it should not be treated as equivalent to the H1 or full-year results. The company’s August announcement identifies the figure as preliminary.

How AI and data-center demand may fit
AI servers and regional sales
ASBIS said large AI-server contracts helped drive sales growth in the CIS region. That is a company explanation for part of its performance, not a quantified breakdown of consolidated revenue. The company has also held AI infrastructure roadshows with NVIDIA, Supermicro, Everpure, and local partners, presenting infrastructure capabilities and enterprise deployment topics. These activities support a distribution and enablement role, but do not by themselves show the size or profitability of the business.

What is not quantified
The company materials cited here do not establish AI infrastructure’s exact share of group sales, its contribution to profit, or how concentrated results are among particular contracts, customers, or regions. Revenue growth alone does not show whether margins are improving or whether unusually large orders will recur. Those details matter when assessing whether a surge in demand can translate into durable earnings growth.

The company operating releases cited here do not document a 476% share-price return. They do not specify dates, currency basis, whether the calculation uses adjusted or unadjusted prices, or whether dividends are included. Without a dated Warsaw Stock Exchange price series and a transparent calculation, the percentage should be treated as unverified rather than repeated as an established fact.

Even if a separate price calculation confirms a large return, it would not prove that AI demand caused it. Company results and management commentary can help explain business performance; they cannot on their own establish why investors repriced the shares, whether the current valuation is justified, or what the stock will do next.

- Profitability as well as revenue: H1 2026 net profit grew faster than revenue, but continued performance should be assessed using subsequent reported results and margins, not sales growth alone.
- AI-related sales disclosure: A clearer breakdown of AI-server and data-center revenue and profit would help show how much these areas contribute to the group.
- Repeatability and concentration: Large contracts can lift a period’s sales, but the cited materials do not establish how regularly similar orders recur or how dependent growth is on a small number of customers or markets.
- Price-return methodology: Any claim about the rally needs its start and end dates, currency, price basis, and treatment of dividends stated alongside the percentage.
CEO Serhei Kostevitch said the company’s ambition for 2026 was “to deliver the highest profitability in our history for our shareholders and build a solid foundation for further growth.” That is management’s stated ambition, not a forecast or guarantee. The H1 results release also characterizes the company as prepared for the AI revolution; that characterization is management’s view, not independently established causation.
