The service supports Android, iOS, web, Windows, and APIs. Businesses can operate from a single outlet through nationwide franchises, while head office controls pricing, promotions, and product data across branches. Terminals continue processing sales offline and synchronize queued transactions when the connection returns. Loyalty enrollment works by phone number, email, or QR code, with points and tier status shared across outlets and channels. ShopeeFood and GrabFood orders can sync into the POS against a shared catalogue. Xilnex also lists inventory management, employee permissions, sales reporting, and hardware support. It states that Malaysian LHDN e-Invoice compliance is included at no cost and that the platform is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.
