FloGenAI drafts instructions from a process description, while AI-assisted translation supports centrally managed instructions in different languages. Integrations include SAP, IBM Maximo, Salesforce, and Power BI, with APIs for broader integration requirements. Instructions remain available offline, and captured information synchronises when a connection returns. The product works on supported mobile devices, tablets, and desktops, and supports industrial smart glasses. Standard hosting uses Microsoft Azure; private deployment and on-premise options are also available. Intoware is ISO 27001 certified.
