What WebYes Real User Monitoring is

WebYes Real User Monitoring (RUM) measures website performance during real visitor sessions. It captures LCP, INP, CLS, page load time and time to first byte, then presents results at the 75th percentile. You can filter measurements by device, region, connection and browser to examine performance under different visitor conditions. To collect field data, add a small JavaScript snippet to your site once; measurements then appear in the WebYes performance dashboard. RUM sits alongside WebYes’s scan-based performance checks, bringing visitor measurements and lab-style checks into the same dashboard.

RUM is included in Pro and Enterprise, not Free. The Free plan costs nothing and includes 10 scan credits, one domain and one user account. Pro is priced on request and includes 700 scan credits, unlimited domains, multiple users, Jira integration and high-priority support. Enterprise is priced on request, with 2,000 scan credits and the same listed domain, user, RUM, integration and support provisions.
