VBS PRO

What VBS PRO is

VBS PRO is an online registration and management system for Vacation Bible School and other children’s events that need advance sign-up. Organizers can build a customizable event registration website with photos, links, and custom pages, then collect participant and volunteer registrations using configurable fields. The site works on mobile devices, and the registration process is described as mobile-friendly. Admins can assign children to crews and volunteers to jobs with drag-and-drop tools, or use the auto-build crew feature. VBS PRO sends registration confirmations automatically to parents who provide a valid email address. Organizers can also upload downloadable documents such as release forms. The system includes some email functionality, but is not designed for custom mass emails; participant email addresses can be exported to another email system. There is no built-in payment system, though organizers can add a link to their own payment service. The Free plan allows one event at a time and includes a mobile-friendly registration site, customizable website, and automatic email confirmations. Premium costs $45.99 a year; its activation code enables Premium features for 365 days. Premium adds multiple events, past event data, multiple sessions, event copying, automatic crew assignment, up to 15 custom registration fields, and custom event pages. Group Publishing, described as part of Cook Media Global’s publishing side alongside David C Cook Publishing, provides phone, email, and live chat support.
