What uRecruits is
uRecruits is a web and mobile recruiting platform from uRecruits Inc., founded in 2022 in Cleveland, Ohio. It combines a career site, resume parsing, interview scheduling, workflow automation, integrations, and job-board distribution. Job Marketplace supports free and paid distribution to more than 22,000 boards. Every plan includes Trust and Security, support guidance, integrations, and a 14-day full-package trial without a credit card. The platform states that it makes zero automated hiring decisions. Basic costs $39 a month for 5 users and 5 active jobs. Plus costs $99 a month for 10 users and 15 active jobs, while Pro costs $199 a month for 15 users and 25 active jobs. Monthly and annual billing are available; annual billing offers about 17% savings. When a trial ends without a selected plan, the account pauses rather than charging automatically.
