SprintsPlans

What SprintsPlans is

SprintsPlans is a web-based tool for agile teams to run retrospectives, gather feedback, and turn discussion into follow-up work. Participants can add feedback cards as the board updates in real time, then vote anonymously. The board sorts topics by priority so teams can focus their discussion. Selected topics can become action items with assigned owners and deadlines, and teams can track progress across sprints.

Teams can choose among Classic Retro, 4Ls, Start/Stop/Continue, Mad/Sad/Glad, Sailboat, and Starfish templates. A built-in timer helps keep a retrospective on track. Boards are private by default and can optionally be password protected. People joining through a shared board link do not need to sign up. Teams can export action items to Jira, Trello, or CSV. SprintsPlans runs in a browser and requires no installation or complex setup. The product is presented for agile teams ranging from startups to enterprises. Its Free plan costs nothing, is described as free for everyone, and requires no credit card.
