Smiloo is a cloud-based clinic management product for dental practices, covering patient care and clinic operations through web, Android, and iOS. Its care workflows include appointment calendars, patient visits, medical histories, case management, treatment plans, and follow-up tracking. Teams can sort follow-ups by those due today, upcoming, or overdue. Patient records can hold contact details, appointments, cases, follow-ups, payments, documents, and notes.

For operations, Smiloo handles billing, fees, expenses, purchases, inventory, lab orders, and reports. Role-based permissions support clinic owners, dentists, doctors, branches, employees, and staff, while clinic groups can use shared workflows across multiple branches. Its Flutter mobile app gives doctors and clinic teams access to patient, appointment, case, and workflow information. Communication options include WhatsApp appointment reminders and Firebase or mobile push notifications.
