What Senflow is

Senflow is a web-based SEND operations platform for UK primary schools and multi-academy trusts. It brings EHCPs, annual reviews, interventions, provision mapping, statutory deadlines and reporting into school workflows. Automatic reminders and pre-populated templates support deadline management. Staff can link provision to EHCP outcomes or IEP targets, record delivery and follow impact over multiple sessions. The platform can produce reports for annual reviews, Ofsted inspections and conversations with parents. Through Wonde, it connects with school MIS to match existing pupils and import new ones. Full school onboarding is included at no charge, and Senflow says it imports existing plans and provision. Its privacy policy describes encryption in transit and at rest, role-based permissions, school-level data isolation and multi-factor authentication support. Personal data is hosted in the UK and/or European Economic Area, including AWS EU-West-2 in London.
