SendPortal

What SendPortal is
SendPortal is open-source, self-hosted software for managing newsletter subscribers and campaigns. Subscriber records can be imported or updated through its REST API or CSV upload, then organized into custom segments. Campaigns may target every subscriber or chosen segments and use custom email templates. For each campaign, SendPortal tracks sending, opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes. Multiple workspaces or teams can operate through one interface. Email dispatch requires at least one connected provider, and multiple providers can be used simultaneously; documented choices include AWS SES, Postmark, SendGrid, Mailgun, Mailjet, Postal and SMTP. SMTP delivery works, but delivery, open and click tracking are unavailable with it. SendPortal runs standalone or as a package in an existing Laravel application. Standalone installation requires PHP 8.3 or later, Git, Composer, and MySQL 5.7 or later or PostgreSQL 10 or later. Credentials for email services are encrypted in the database; changing or losing APP_KEY requires entering them again. No product price or trial is listed.
Who it suits
