SAMMI is a web-based platform for asynchronous structured interviews using the Multiple Mini Interview method. Employers can use off-the-shelf or customised MMI questions, and record interviewer questions with representatives of their organisation’s community. SAMMI 3 includes customisable fonts and colour schemes, real-time subtitles and controls for displaying progress.
