What Robin Review is

Robin Review is an open-source tool for reviewing GitHub pull requests with an LLM endpoint you configure. It runs as a GitHub Action, posting a summary and severity-organized inline comments on changed lines. A pull request is reviewed once when opened by default; later commits need configuration to trigger another pass, or a maintainer can comment `/robin` to request one. `/summary` and `/help` provide additional commands. Robin works with OpenAI-compatible endpoints, including OpenRouter, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Groq, Ollama, and private gateways. Setup requires a GitHub Actions workflow and three secrets: LLM_API_KEY, LLM_BASE_URL, and LLM_MODEL. The runner sends the diff only to the endpoint you select, and Robin says it does not retain source code. The free plan costs nothing, with no seat count or review quota; you supply an LLM API key and pay that provider for tokens. The MIT-licensed source is published on GitHub. The installer also adds a Robin skill for Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, and other coding agents.
