PR Quorum

What PR Quorum is
PR Quorum is a cloud-based GitHub App that reviews pull requests with configurable AI reviewers routed through OpenRouter. It runs specialist checks, filters duplicate and low-confidence findings, and posts a consolidated review to GitHub. The default panel covers Correctness, Security and Architecture; five more templates and custom reviewers are available. Each reviewer can have its own model, focus list, confidence threshold and posting behavior, with up to 20 reviewers in a panel. Repository files named .ai-review.yml can set triggers, skipped files or pull requests, thresholds, inline-comment limits and reviewer settings. Reviews run when pull requests are opened, updated, reopened or marked ready; drafts are skipped by default. The reviews are advisory: PR Quorum posts comments and status checks but does not block merges or approve them automatically. Free includes 50 reviews a month across two repositories. The REST Developer API is in preview and is not generally available.
