Pexels alternatives

Pexels gives designers, bloggers and other creators free photos and videos for personal or commercial use without attribution. People can browse on the web or use its iOS and Android apps, while a free REST API provides access to the photo and video library. Accounts add collections, download history, photographer follows, likes, uploads and a personalized homepage. The library also includes vectors, illustrations and editorial assets, with a Chrome extension and plugins for design tools.

You may want another source for a wider range of media, a dedicated vector marketplace, or a collection aimed at a particular kind of project. Pexels’s API defaults to 200 requests per hour and 20,000 per month, and it cannot be used to replicate the service or make wallpaper and image-gallery apps. Compare the media types and platform access you need, then check each alternative’s usage terms: Pexels allows personal and commercial use without attribution, but other libraries may set different conditions.
