What OutMass is

OutMass adds mail merge and mass email tools to Outlook on the web through a Chrome or Edge extension. It works with Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com accounts, and sends messages through the user’s mailbox using Microsoft Graph. Contacts can be imported from CSV files, then personalized with merge tags such as {{FirstName}} and {{Company}}. Campaign tools include scheduled sending, templates, A/B testing, open and click tracking, and campaign reports. Users can set one automatic follow-up for recipients who have not replied or opened an email; reply detection runs every six hours. An optional OneDrive integration creates view-sharing links for selected files, which remain in the user’s OneDrive. The interface is available in 13 languages. OutMass offers a Free plan with 250 emails per month, Starter at $9 a month for 2,500 emails, and Pro at $19 a month for 10,000 emails. Microsoft sending limits also apply. The privacy policy describes HTTPS/TLS, OAuth token storage, access controls, authentication, and regular security reviews. OutMass says it does not read inbox messages, retain received emails or Microsoft passwords, sell user data, or use campaign content to train AI models.
